Excellent dentist, a very friendly and helpful team. Have used many dentists over the years and Dr Bola beats them all

I always receive top notch, honest and friendly service from Dr Bola and her team. I also take my 95 year old grandfather with dentures to her and he’s treated very well. I thoroughly recommend her practice.

Nice premises, good treatment and very nice people all round. Doing an excellent job of treating people, despite the difficulties caused by the pandemic.

Very in depth consultation by Dr Soyombo, with the help the help of nurses Afreen and Aidin.

I really like their holistic approach to dental hygiene, as well as the great energy in the practice.

Very friendly staff, from reception to the Dental staff. Dentist is amazing, very warm and great with kids. Dr Levenstein has a great manner and explains information in a clear and kind way.

EDIT: Have increased the star rating due to good customer service follow up after my complaint. Thank you Ola for taking the time to call me to discuss and address my concerns.
Unfortunately not a great customer service experience and sadly I found the receptionist I spoke to twice very patronising and condescending. Parents not allowed in with minors - which was not made clear. I was told that I should have read an email with the patient journey on prior to coming (which I had). There is no mention on here that children have to enter on their own. My 11 year old was understandably anxious.
Treatment plan seems to have changed significantly from what my son tells me (he was told in his appointment - no-one informed me at the time.) As a parent, I have a right to know what treatment my 11 year old will be having, especially if I am not allowed in with him.
Phoned to change an appointment as cannot attend the given day and was told my son is a priority case so needs to be seen within a certain time frame - I was not aware he was such high priority. At one point was asked very abruptly, 'Well, when can you make it then?'
This was our first visit here after being transferred from another practice which closed down and I'm really not trying to be difficult - Just feel that sadly there is a level of communication missing and I wasn't being listened to.
My son did say however that Dr Levenstein was lovely - so thank you very much to her.
