No one ever likes to visit the dentist especially when they're told they need to have 2 wisdom teeth extracted but my experience at this practice has been amazing! (If you can say that about having your teeth removed!) I saw Nick at The Pines for my extractions and the procedure was so streamline that I didn't even realise he had taken my teeth out!! The aftercare was also fab as I did suffer with a dry socket but they got me an appointment the same day I called up and I was on the mend in no time.

Attending for my routine appointments is great, the staff are always so friendly when I go along to the practice and it is such a nice relaxed environment.

Could not recommend this practice enough!!

Fully agree with Ed Holland very misleading re Denplan. ..just want to get money out of you & not botherd about how they get it ..making a denture ..that you think is all part of the treatment then producing a extremely large bill running into thousands that you cannot afford & when told this they promptly throw you out of the practice until you cough up the money it took to make the denture. ..the reception staff are fully trained up with every plausible excuse under the sun ...& to speak to a dentist is a privilege if you have your cheque book & pen in your hand....my advice is steer clear unless you have a disposable income to waste ....this practice is very fancy & well equipped with lots of staff it's no coincidence they give poor treatment to NHS patients ..(the very few they have)....I think the practice should be named Dick Turpin & Co ....as he also wore a mask.

Dr Joon Seong and Dr Robert Adams have just done amazing work on my front teeth. They both resolved (as it was a complicated process due in part to a car accident several years ago) a very difficult extraction. I was looked after by both with extra care and professionalism. Dr Seong has already done one implant for me and I will return in February 2020 for another. I have no hesitation in recommending this dental practise. I am also very grateful to other members of the team for their kind consideration.

My family had received gum treatments here and it worked well. Honestly they charge a lot even for the middle class, but you get as much as you spend. What I want to emphasize is not the decoration of this clinic or the clothing of the staff, but their impressive service attitude and professional skills. At the beginning, the treatment team will explain in detail where your suffering is coming from, what is happening at this stage, and what will happen if treatment is not taken. We are not native English speakers, but we basically understand what they are saying. During the treatment phase, the treatment team will also pay attention to your physical and psychological reactions. After all, dentists and those medical devices are nightmares for many people. After the operation, they will also explain to you what kinds of food or eating habits need to be noticed or avoided, in a sense it is helping us save money. Let me think about what they need to improve. One is the slightly higher cost, and the other is the geographical location, which is not convenient for parking.

Extremely disappointing service. I called the practice to discuss teeth whitening and spoke to a very helpful lady who explained the options and advised I drop in to discuss which option would best suit me. The two options were either £300 or over £600. On arriving at the practice the receptionist requested some of the dentist's time who was apparently "free". He messaged back and stated that I would need to pay a consultation fee of £175 just to discuss teeth whitening. I was shocked to say the least. Then the receptionist who seemed to share my surprise at this state of affairs advised a nurse would call me back to discuss further. I never heard anything. I'll take my £600 elsewhere.
