We as a practice have been using Bridge Dental Laboratory for many years. Quality gum shields and whitening trays. Always good service and very helpful if a problem arises.

Unfortunately will not be using them again was spoken to in an extremely impolite manner on the phone by a male staff member. Was a great shame as never had any issues Intill today. Informing me they don't do single retainers anymore after I've been using them prior to covid and even after. Well they have lost a costumer due to the rudness of their staff member.

Sent down to BDL on Wednesday for adjustment and returned today, ie sent by return of post yesterday
