Bupa Dental Care Lincoln - Doddington Road

At first I wasn't sure I liked my new dentist Jose Diosdado...but after seeing him a few times, I realise what a nice person, and, really good dentist he is...explaining all my treatment in detail and putting me at my ease. Excellent service from all the lovely receptionists too.

I have always found this practice to be friendly, courteous and above all, proficient. I have been a patient since the premises first opened and have never been inclined to look elsewhere for a dentist.

I have been using this practice for over 40 years and the service and treatment have always been good but it has improved over the last few years.

Excellent visit to hygienist. Very professional and informative. Welcoming and friendly throughout.

Very friendly reception team. I was referred here from my dentist at the Sleaford site, for a wisdom tooth extraction, and had a date booked a week later after a lovely call from Natalie the same day my dentist sent the referral over.
Jose extracted my stubborn wisdom tooth this morning, he talked me through everything and the two ladies assisting him were both reassuring, comforting and professional throughout.
Jose has clearly done a great job as my last wisdom tooth extraction at an NHS hospital was excruciating, swelled up straight away and I ended up with a massive infection. I have minimal pain and very little swelling after my extraction with Jose this morning, which is not what I was expecting!
Big thank you to all involved! Would highly recommend this practice and wouldn't hesitate to return if needed!

Just would like to say a huge thank you for my treatment yesterday, from speaking to June, the lovely lady on reception who got me in although they were fully booked, she was so caring and understanding, a credit to the practice. The dentist and her nurse put me at ease with their professional calming response to my treatment. You were all really lovely, can't thank you enough, just a pity you have such a long waiting list as I would love to join you x

Lovely receptionists, really helpful and kind. Got me in for an emergency appointment straight away. Dentists was lovely and really reassuring. Was very anxious but soon put at ease with everyone being so kind and helpful.
