Great dentist. I would say one of the best I have used. Always on time. Always polite. Always ring the day before to remind you of the appointment. I travel 1 hour to get to this dentist and would not swap it for a closer one. Thank you BSC...

My Dad is 83, he needs his teeth out and a full set of dentures. His own teeth are broken and making a mess of his mouth. The girls at Boston Smile Centre, have gone above and beyond to fit him in to get this treatment done. Great service and a great team also. Thank you

Booked an emergency appointment today, the dentist and the dental nurse were extremely nice, friendly and supportive. The dentist explained what was up with my tooth and he went on to explain the plan for the future regarding my tooth. Boston needs more dentists like this one! So understanding, supportive, empathetic and friendly. I definitely feel less anxious about going to the dentist now, so thank you so much! Can’t wait to register with you on the NHS!!

some time ago my partner went to the dentist privately without x-rays, he pulled out his teeth number 8 Yesterday he went again because he felt a pain in the same place and it turned out that half of his tooth she had left him, of course, tore him out and she did an X-ray but he had to pay for another visit. I do not recommend this office, no dear doctor. As for us, minus 100 procet. Very not happy

I called Smiles as I was experiencing dental pain. They give me an emergency appointment on the same day with treatment and
for a surprisingly reasonable fee considering I was paying privately. Friendly staff and professional service. Highly recommended.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!
They are racist, they do not treat family's well. A Portuguese father rang up and asked for an emergency NHS appointment for there 6 year old and receptionist stated £70. Terrible service!
Only then an English family member rang to book same child, they booked appointment, no fee, great service.
Racist!

I don't often leave reviews, but in this case I feel obligated to let people know they would be better off losing all their teeth than using this practise. They don't answer phones, but leave you listening for hours to a recorded message saying how important your call is. Then the phone hangs off to start the process all over again. Manage to get into contact and you will find staff who are rude, obnoxious, and liars. Again not a descriptor I use lightly. Speak to the owner, and the situation is worse. The man is arrogant and utterly unconcerned with being good.

The owners response to this review being the perfect example...blaming the customers for their own ineptitude. I look forward to seeing the closed for business sign go up.
