Amarinder has always been pleasant and always takes time to explain any treatment that is needed. Excellent with our children and always cheerful and takes time to speak to them, excellent with our son who has special needs she has always shown patience and care. Reception team have always tried to accommodate to give their latest appointments so our son is more relaxed and has a calming environment for him.

I am lucky enough to have been at this dental surgery for quite some time and have seen a fair few of their dentists over the years. The staff are lovely and bubbly people. My current dentist is by far the best! Her care and work is nothing short of exceptional and her humour is level with mine! I’m quite a difficult customer/patient too because I have no filter, this is never, ever a problem! I don’t know, (but I expect there is) what the waiting time to get into this surgery is but it is definitely worth it! I was advised to leave this review before my anaesthetic wears off so I will finish it here! 🤣

Brilliant service. I needed an emergency dental appointment and I was away from home, they were able to fit me in. I arrived early and was out of the appointment before it was even due to start! Receptionists were very helpful and friendly.

I have never had a bad experience at any dental practice but often suffer with anxiety running up to the appointment and even during it. #West Parade Dental Practice are faultless. The practitioners care and consideration of my needs is amazing. I would like to thank them all for looking after me so well and thanks to the reception staff also, who are always so helpful and friendly.

Always had good service and all staff are friendly and welcoming. The waiting areas are clean and bright, not that I had to wait long, as was seen right on time! Been a customer for almost 30 years, when they saw me as a student in this city with emergency wisdom teeth problems. Had great service ever since.

The professionalism, kindness, care and understanding for a very nervous patient was exceptional. Every single member of staff at West Parade are part of an amazing team. We are very lucky to have such a well run, caring practice to turn to. 100% across the board.

The dental practice is very efficient. I never have to wait long for my appointment and the dentist is very thorough. Always gives good advice and i feel assured my teeth are being checked properly.
