Bupa Dental Care Loughborough

I take my family to this practice and recently had a tooth extraction. I was a little nervous but was cared for with gentleness and patience. In the end the procedure was very quick and painless and I would highly recommend the dental care from this practice. We always seem to mange to get appointments when we need them and all staff are polite and professional. Very reassuringly clean. Nice kids toys and books in the waiting room and very lovely with children too.

I have recently joined the Bupa Smile Plan at Loughborough after being NHS else where, they were very thorough when explaining how the plan works and what is involved. I have recently saw the Dentist for a check up and he was brilliant. Couldn't thank him and the nurse enough for making me feel welcome and at ease. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

I’ve recently started coming to this practice after a bad experience with a previous dentist. The receptionist was very reassuring an so understanding of my nervous manner. I saw Prem and his nurse and they were both patient and caring. The whole procedure went smoothly and I definitely won’t be using another dentist again! Big thank you to the kind staff.

I was very nervous to have my examination as its been a long time. i was greeted by the loveliest receptionist who reassured me once they realized I was nervous. they explained about the change in NHS and answered all of my questions and concerns. once with the dentist I was surprisingly relaxed, I put this down to the amazing care and understanding he gave me. I ended up running slightly over my time as the dentist wanted to make sure I completely understood everything and that I was happy with the service.
any fear of the dentists that I previously had has completely disappeared. what an amazing practice

Post COVID and Practice issues were explained in a prompt return 'phone call. I was prepared to overlook the confusion and was amply rewarded with a 5 star treatment. My visit was by far and away the best dental experience I've had. Always an anxious experience for me (my teeth are pretty poor despite my best efforts), but reception, consultation, and treatment (hygienist and dentist) were remarkably comfortable, professional, efficient and effective (I can confidently chew again!). I'm happy to have tried this Practice again.

I broke a tooth between Christmas and New Year and received excellent care from all the staff at Loughborough. I was able to phone through, speak to a very calm and efficient receptionist and get an appointment booked in, which gave me great peace of mind. At that time I was also able to be put on a cancellation list which meant I was then seen even earlier as an appointment became available!
Thank you to all the staff...and I am now looking forward to having a new crown fitted!

My visit to the Bupa Dental Care surgery was smooth, efficient and went exactly according to plan. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming dealing with my appointment effectively. Waiting time was limited and the waiting area both comfortable and clean. The dentist and his assistant were equally friendly, explanations of options regarding treatment were clear and concise. After my check up was completed I felt that I had received thoughtful, considerate and professional advice in all respects relevant to my case history and potential treatment going forward. Overall very satisfied indeed.

Came here over Xmas to visit family and I’m not a patient as I live in London but my bridge fell out and desperately needed an emergency appointment. Lisa was amazing and organised an appointment the next day. She literally saved my Xmas. The dentist was great too, everyone involved were amazing but especially Lisa. Thank you all so much!
