Queensgate Dental Practice

I recently got my Invisalign treatment done from Queensgate which took place over a period of 10 months. The experience I had was amazing, it was affordable and met my financial abilities as i was given the option to pay in installments which really helped in these tough times. At every appointment I was looked after and made to feel very comfortable each time. The place was always clean, professional and I was assisted with a welcoming smile. And finally, most importantly, I am more than happy with the finished results. My teeth look so much better than I had even expected, I am absolutely thrilled at the outcome and I would 100% recommend!

I was avoiding the dentist many years because of my phobia. I'm already after 2 extractions and 2 fillings. Dr Estheban has expierience and great patience what is really important for person like me (I was already crying at the check-up - now it sounds funny 😃). I would like to say thank you to Nimra as well, she did a great job, she helped me to calm down and was really patient all treatment. I can highly recommend!

I had weekly check ups with Dr Brahma to make sure I was on the right track, he's a perfectionist and will make sure you have the best results.The support I've had throughout has been amazing!

Even when it should have ended and we weren't satisfied with the results we carried on with more invisalign at no extra cost!

The dentists itself its very clean, very professional and all the staff are really nice!

After having my teeth straightened when I was younger they had gone back out of place. Invisalign was so easy and least restrictive and I love my new straight teeth they have given me the confidence I haven't had in a long time. Brahma is such a perfectionist and wants your teeth to be there best

I can't thank the staff at Queensgate Dental enough for all the work they have done in helping me improve my smile.

It was a complex situation as I was missing one of my front teeth (lost as a kid) and also the other front tooth was chipped. My bite was not where it should have been with the top jaw teeth behind the bottom jaw.

Dr Brahma went through the invisalign process and showed me what could be done in regards to straightning the teeth to create a gap big enough for an implant to fix the gap tooth, as the gap was not the right size, but also correcting the bite and straightning the teeth. Along the way Dr Brahma kept me well informed of everything that was happening with regular checkups to ensure all was going smoothly.

The implant was done by Dr Varma at the same practice, who again looked after me during the process ensuring I had all the information before proceeding with any operations or major work.

The bonding for the chipped tooth was done by Dr Esteban and this was done on short notice and once again gave me all the information needed as I proceeded with my treatment.

This process of teeth straightning and tooth implant took about 24 months, given the nature of the work that needed to be done. About 12 months of the time was for the invisalign process and the other 12 months were mainly for the implant procedure.

I am now waiting for my retainers and I am sure that I will continue to recieve the same level of service as before. I cannot reccomend them enough as they have been first class all the way through this process and I am more than happy with the results.

Doctors here are amazing. I am glad that I decide to come here to a Queensgate Dental Practice. After bad experience in other dental practice, I can say that here at Queensgate all doctors are professionals. Special thanks for Dr Deepa. All my family are her patients.

Not a bad experience till I needed to cancel my Denplan, called in to ask and was told by the receptionist that she’s updated something and it will be cancelled.

Two months later and I’m still being charged. Called back only to be told I would have to cancel directly with Denplan and that the receptionist was in training and has since left. Asked who would be responsible for paying £50 for no reason and was told someone will be in contact. 6 months later and no response at all.

Called again and was told by the manager that the admin I spoke to the second time had left a note saying she provided me with an email add to contact, when I asked where she is as this needed to be looked into, I was told she no longer works here.

Absolute nightmare!

I can't thank Dr Peram and the team enough for my treatment. I had a very complex open bite case where I was told by my previous dental practice it couldn't be fixed through braces. Dr Peram showed me the Invisalign treatment journey through 3D scans and I decided to go for it. The whole process was really smooth, they prioritise your appointments to ensure you stay up to date with your trays and show you the progress of your teeth movement throughout. I also had 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr Fernandez who was brilliant. A year on, I've finished my Invisalign course and I'm so pleased with the result. Worth every penny!
