Watton Place Clinic

It's quite fitting that I should write this review on Mothering Sunday of all days. The reason been that my late Mother always said that "if you've got nothing nice to say then best not say anything at all". So for once I'm going to take my Mums advice and say nothing. Other than I pray for the Owner and Practice Manager of this surgery and especially its overworked staff.

My whole experience from entering the surgery was excellent. Very welcoming, calm atmosphere and everything about my procedure was fully explained. Thoroughly recommend and would be very happy to use them again.

Best experience of having a wisdom tooth removal ever. Gentle and kind and quick service. I suffer with anxiety and hate the dentist but this service was outstanding.

I recently had my wisdom teeth removed and couldn't recommend Watton Place Clinic enough. Every member of staff is friendly and professional, and the practice itself is spotless.

Great place, friendly and very welcoming. I was referred here by my dentist to have a back tooth removed.. I was seen by Dr Cooper, who made me feel calm and relaxed..He explained everything before he started and as he was doing the work.. all staff were happy smiley people and very polite.
I would definitely use this surgery again and will be happy to recommend it..

From the moment you walk in a calming relaxing atmosphere. The dentist was lovely explained all what my dentist had sent him an all what was going to happen an how it was going to happen extremly reassuring. When started to remove the tooth explained every action. Couldnt believe the experience to this to my general dentist from the injection to the tooth out, thank you.

Was referred here for a wisdom tooth extraction. After the numbing injections (which I didn't feel!) 5 minutes later the tooth was out and I didn't even realise.
I would highly recommend this practice. Calming, clean and very friendly efficient staff.

Horrific I was left to long over half hour after the local anaesthetic because they miss booked somebody else's and then treated them before me which meant I felt the tooth being pulled and even worse I could feel the stitches being put in and the friction burning from the cord as it was pulled through my gums. I did point out on the first pull of the tooth I could feel it but I was told I can't put any more in and its to late .And after less than one hour after leaving the clinic I could fully feel my lips which which would suggest that not enough anaesthetic was used in the first place this whole procedure has left me deeply traumatised and I'm sorry to say I vomited in the car park as I got in my car which sadly my 5 year old daughter and my wife witnessed it. It was a very distressing day all round.
