Bupa Dental Care Burnley

I feel very lucky to have this as my dental practice. It is so clean and efficient and the staff are extremely polite. When I arrive for my appointments, I have never had to wait more than a few minutes, the place seems to run like clockwork. I had an accident which unfortunately affected my teeth quite badly and in order to fix them, the work took many visits over many months and it is superb. Ruth, the dentist who looked after me and took me through the process, was kind and considerate and made me feel at ease. I couldn't have asked for anything more.Thank you

Whilst all the staff are brilliant, polite and professional. I have to call out Lorna M who is a brilliant therapist. Over the years I have been to many different dentists and therapists, she is by far the best! She is very thorough, and empathetic and likes to share her knowledge. To be honest it feels like she really cares about the patients care. Would definitely recommend this Dentist Practice

I needed to see a dentist to continue with treatment for cancer. They quickly got me in to see a dentist for review. Everyone was friendly and professional putting me at ease immediately. A spacious, bright and clean practice. Would recommend to anyone

The dentist my children and I saw was wonderful. She made my children (4,3,1) feel calm and happy to show their teeth. She was professional, friendly and I'd recommend her and the practise to anyone with young children.

I have been a patient here for years and I cannot fault them. All of the dentists are professional, kind and caring. Special mention has to go to Gemma my hygienist, she is absolutely amazing, really puts me at ease, and makes the cleaning process painless!

This dental care centre should be a ' Blue Print ' for how to operate a brilliantly run practise. The receptionists are friendly and helpful.
The dentist I have been having my treatment with is a man called Dall who is finishing his training and a nurse called Peps, both of them were so easy to talk to and had a good sense of humour, which helped me relax. Also on hand was a very experienced Dentist called Ian who would help advise and give his opinion if required. My treatment plan was explained to me and I was given a printed sheet with the time and dates. I was also sent reminder text messages. Thankyou to all at Bupa Dental Care Burnley
