Bupa Dental Care Knebworth

My family and I have been with this practice for a number of years, and we continue to be very grateful for the superb service they provide. We appreciate not only their excellent professional competence, but also the kindness and compassion one experiences when dealing with all members of staff. Recently, I suffered a dislocated jaw, and Maya could not have done more to facilitate a speedy resolution to my painful condition, which involved her securing for me a same-day appointment at the hospital! Maya and Jackie, another member of her team, phoned me over the next few days to check on my recovery … really going above and beyond. I can recommended this dental practice unreservedly. Indeed, our son, who lives abroad, still returns here for his annual check-up.

Due to long waits on the nhs I went to this dentist to have 2 wisdom teeth removed. I’ve had a fear of the dentist my whole life and particularly the thought of having a tooth out terrified me, but this dentist was amazing. I was treated by Paayal Shah (name from text message) and her nurse and they were so so good with me. They were so quick and kept me so at ease I cannot thank them enough. Also the receptionists were lovely and always so helpful whenever I rang up for any queries prior. Definitely recommend this dentist especially if you’re a nervous patient.

I express my appreciation to Maya for her work on 3rd July 2022. I am always well-served by her skilful work in my mouth, but also in conjunction, Maya takes the time to explain carefully what she appraises is necessary; what is not necessary, or for subsequent evaluation - giving a sense of a longer plan, subject to my experience. What is very refreshing is that she resists work without definite benefit; preferring to explain and wait. Sometimes, severe pains can arise for no apparent reason (back in April), and her appraisal to delay treatment proved exactly right. Clearly, Maya values a genuine discussion and relationship with her patients, and a visit to Maya has a quality of engagement devoid of stress. I must mention Sandra, Maya’s assistant as well. They work very well together; and though highly professional, there is a pleasing sense of cheerfulness in the room for the patient in the chair. Many thanks to you both. Thank you Bupa Dental Knebworth for providing such wonderful service. the Reception ladies were so friendly and Neale Katz is a fantastic dentist with over 30 years of experience, he makes you feel very much at ease and explains everything in detail.

I went to Knebworth Bupa on Friday 23rd September as an emergency. What a fantastic dentist the reception ladies were so welcoming and the friendly, the dentist was so nice, I'm going back for more treatment. Highly recommended especially if your nervous.

I recently started going to this dental surgery because I was desperate for an appointment and couldn’t get one with my NHS dental surgery. I saw Neale Katz to begin with and honestly he is the best dentist I have ever seen, he really makes you feel at ease and no issue is ever to much for him to check out for you! I also have an appointment booked for my wisdom teeth to be taken out and my first appointment with Paayal Shah was exactly the same, I felt super comfortable and at ease. I really recommend this dental surgery!

Having not been a great visitor to the dentist regularly I knew I would need some extra work. Ever since the registration process right the way through to treatments it has been a real pleasure dealing with the practice. Very easy to sign on as a new patient and had an initial check up and was advised not to spend any money for treatment on the day but to book a hygienist appointment which was arranged. The hygienist appointment was very professional as made to feel at ease all the way through and left feeling very impressed with the treatment. Would highly recommend.

I have been a patient for many years now at Knebworth. I have always been shown a great deal of courtesy and respect by all members of staff.
All procedures have been carefully explained and any queries answered.
I have complete confidence in the dental work that has been carried out over the years.
A friendly atmosphere which has always made me feel very comfortable.
I have never considered changing dental practice although I have moved away from the area.
