Bupa Dental Care Winchester

I had an appointment with Angus regarding my orthodontic treatment recently. He is very attentive and caring. Both him and his nurse made me feel at ease. Angus always explains everything in detail in a simple understandable language and checks if I have any questions.

Practise is situated conveniently near the hospital. Efficient staff, easy to book and pleasant waiting room. Dentist appear well qualified and experienced.

Very poor experience. We had the first appointment of the day and the dentist was more than ten minutes late. He wasn't even on-site as when he arrived he parked his car in front of ours (in the "staff and patients" car park) and blocked us in.

We had to wait almost half an hour for him (and another member of staff who had blocked us both in) to move his car.

This dentist is lovely and have nice workers. Although I would say my past visit was kind of unusual. While my dentist was lovely, the women at the reception was.....not as friendly.

There was a noticeable shift in her mannerism towards me in comparison to the people she was dealing with before me and when I was paying, she insinuated that the card I was paying with wasn’t my own and said that she needed to verify it. I found this to be odd because my full name is on the card. I don’t know... it was just a very bizarre situation. Other than that I’ve had no issues with other workers.

I’ve been going to this dental practice for over 20 years. The staff are always polite and friendly. It’s a complete contrast to how awful my doctors surgery is! If you can get on their books you’ll not regret it. Over the years I’ve seen 3 different dentists and they’ve all been very kind and professional. 100% recommended!

The dentist who treated me was very professional and skilled. He did the work well and with a minimum of pain. He has a good manner with patients.

Friendly staff from the receptionists to the clinical staff. Always courteous and give clear advice for ongoing dental health care.

As a long term sufferer of anxiety and claustrophobia a trip to the dentist is not on my preferred to-do list however the dentist, Mr. Pedro De Matos and his assistant provided reassurance and support, building confidence and making the whole experience as enjoyable as reasonably possible.
