Absolutely wonderful service from the fantastic hygienist Lisa - she could not have been more wonderful. She was gentle, calm and I was so relaxed throughout my appointment. It was my first hygienist visit and I’m feeling really confident to come back now!

I also wanted to mention that Jake the dentist is also brilliant - kind, informative and explains everything really well. He always explains my full range of options if I need treatment and is friendly & chatty - he really puts you at ease!

I would highly recommend this dental practice due to the fantastic staff - especially if you’re dental phobic as they treat patients so well. Thank you all at Clareville! 😄

Jake is the most incredible dentist. I'm an NHS patient, and he gives me a private standard of work.
A dentist who really cares and is genuinely passionate about what he does.
No idea how he can give such a painless dental injection.
From someone who has had sub poor NHS dental work, he is the best. He really cares.
Also, from. Someone who has had scam private work (told I needed 9 fillings..when i got an NHS second opinion and x ray I needed no fillings). Jake is the best of both worlds.

Found this dentist last year only one that took nhs wish I never found it but anyway had a routine inspection and Mr Jansen found a hole in a filling so I had to book another appt to have a filling paid up front that's how they work here, had a filling and my tooth eas sensitive for months until I vould get another appt. Went back and was told it was how I bite or chew but he filed down the filling he carried out previously and tried to charge me for the 5 min visit which I refused as he put in the filling in do it was his poor work. Worse than this before this I advised my wife to go here for a check up she was told she needed a cap after he cracked her back took which cost £500, after the treatment her tooth was extremely sensitive so she went back and was given a tiny toothbrush to clean her tooth properly, finally my wife visited another dentist and he said she had an abyss so needed antibiotics ! If you need a dentist please find another one 😡

I used to dread going to the dentist as I get really nervous, but Jake has somehow made me quite enjoy the experience. Whether it's a quick check up or fitting my partner in for emergency treatment, he explains the options honestly and clearly and is so friendly. I genuinely can't imagine having to go somewhere else now.

Visited for the first time today for a check up for myself and two young daughters. Brilliant service, Jake was great at explaining to the children (first time at dentist) what he was doing and was very thorough. He took the time to explain in detail my own dental issues, which it would now seem have been somewhat over-exaggerated by another private dental practice in the locality. He explained my options and the pros and cons of each type of treatment. A very relaxed experience with top notch patient care, and I'm very pleased to have finally found a practice taking on NHS patients locally. Thank you!

Friendliest dental practice I've been a patient at... Also the most comfortable clean and polish I've had thanks to a hygienist who allowed me to put my hand up to swallow when it got uncomfortable. Now I have a better job I'm able to afford the dental treatment I need and won't go anywhere else. Front of house staff were also really friendly and helpful.
