Horrific service, completely unhelpful never answered my call, useless useless people

Awful service. Had rang twice early in morning and in afternoon for an emergency appointment given this was my last option for help and got completely turned away. Lady on the phone was very patronising and talking in an aggressive manner. Was not understanding of the urgency whatsoever and said it was not classed as an emergency yet was happy to advise me to go to A&E????? Useless people would not recommend. Not surprised of reviews falling at 1.9 stars.

Terrible service and communication with customers, I wanted to make an appointment because of a problem with my son's tooth, or rather, he constantly forms a flux, they called at 11:45. They said you need to take painkillers and if the pain does not go away, call, they did not make an appointment. The situation is urgent. My son's cheek is swollen. At the end, the operator just hung up.

Nhs 111 refered me this number/dentist. The female receptionist who i spoke to is an absolute scumbag.she would not listen to any of my problems, talked down to me, Gave me her 20 years experience opinions and Told me if i wanted my rotting wisdom tooth xrayed/removed i will have to go private and that no nhs or e&e would even bother to xray or remove it. Amd told me that me tooth wouldnt have rotten as fast as it did and that i need to save up for a pr8vate dentist.

Anyway i went to nhs genix dentist in cirencester on an emergency and they were amazing. Looked at it.xrayd it and pulled it out.all in 10minutes

On hold for 40 minutes! And then if you're REALLY lucky the line trips out and gives a dead tone. Pathetic. Have been in agony all of yesterday and today and because there's no NHS provision in Gloucester dentists, this is all that's available!
If I could give less than 1 Star I would. Terrible.

Absolutely disgusted with this experience, after requesting multiple call backs and repeated conversations they still were unable to help me find a dentist for my toothache.

Don’t bother calling they won’t do anything, they follow guidelines that don’t make sense and you won’t get service from them.
