My visits are always great the surgery is always immaculately clean the staff are and have throughout the past 2 tough years been friendly helpful and nothing is too much for them. I highly recommend this practice x great job Bupa Danbury x

Excellent dental practice; from recommendation I have been coming to this practice for many years, even before we moved to this area . Very happy with both our dentist, Mr Fernando and hygienist Mrs Salmon.

I cannot believe that was able to go through with a dental implant, but the dental practice staff and Dr Quayyum and his nurse were terrific in their encouragement and care and I now sit here and no-one would ever know that I ever had a gap. It feels so natural and I am really glad I went ahead and would not hesitate if I ever needed another. The process seems lengthy when you first contemplate it, but if you never start it then six months down the line you will still be cursing the gap rather than having it filled, or well on the way to being filled at least. Highly recommended

A great dental practice, a great dental experience. Staff are kind, helpful and friendly. No pressure to select more expensive treatments, great dental advice given. Appointments were easy to access and the practice is light, bright, clean and tidy.

This was an hygienist appointment and I was given excellent advice. I have been using this practice, with many different dentists, for 55 years and always had great treatment.

Had attended practice for over 40 years. My wife phoned to ask if check-ups had resumed after the covid pandemic and to book appointments. Was told we had been removed from their books as it was too long since we had attended. We had waited for things to settle after covid and had hoped to receive a reminder as we had in the past. Was told reminders had only just resumed. So we had waited out of consideration, weren't sent a reminder and are now struck off. Receptionist (or maybe practice manager - they didn't say) would check with Mr Quyyum to reconsider and definitely phone back either way. Over 2 weeks now and no phone call.

Impossible to get appointments in a reasonable time. Then they get rescheduled and you have to wait weeks again. After 10 years there I’m going to find another practice which is a shame as the Dentist and hygienist are great once you’re seen.
