Sevenoaks Dental & Implant Centre - Invisalign and Dental Implants

I registered my 4 children at this new dentist because our old dentist was some distance away. The experience of their first checkup was fantastic. Our female dentist was very patient and talked through everything she was doing with the children and they really liked her. It was important that they had a positive experience because they were anxious about having a new dentist. The receptionist was very professional and helpful too, as I had a number of appointments to make afterwards. I have now registered myself at this practice too. I would thoroughly recommend this dentist.

After reading online reviews I decided to book an appointment for a private checkup. The practice looks good, however the service is far from good. I was left waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time, the receptionists didn't bother to communicate that there is a delay, until I was frustrated enough to ask. The main receptionist didn't bother to apologise, just suggested if I can't wait she will re-book, and they don't charge me anyway. Expected better customer service from a private practice. My first and last visit.

I was very impressed with dentist, the fact he explained fully treatment that was done and required. Made me feel very comfortable. I also saw the Hygienist and she was just as amazing and I was really pleased with the treatment and explanation. I would highly recommend both and am so glad to be with them know. Everyone very friendly.

I was lucky enough to be accepted as an NHS patient, and was then invited along for initial check up. All was very professional, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. They took a couple of x-rays and were very thorough. I thought they were excellent, no further work was required following the check up and I'll be back in 6 months time !

From someone that gets anxious when visiting the dentist, they made me feel very reassured and relaxed.
The staff are friendly and accommodating and really helpful.

Had a really good experience with my daughters first dental check up.
The staff were amazing from reception to the dentist.
Upon arrival my daughter was really nervous but the receptionist could see that she was and gave her some stickers, she then spoke to the dentist to get her seen to ASAP.
Once in the chair the dentist who’s name I have unfortunately forgot, reassured my daughter and explained everything that was going to happen.
He then gave some great advice.
The whole experience was brilliant for my daughter’s first check up.
I would highly recommend this dentist practice.

I’ve had 2 appointments so far and both times all Staff are so lovely and caring. I suffer with extreme anxiety and both of my appointments Aqsa and her assistant made me comfortable, calm and kept my mind occupied. The practice is very clean and welcoming. Best dentist I have ever been too!

By far the best dentist I have ever been to. Aqsa has been absolutely brilliant in treating me and has made me feel comfortable despite needing quite a bit of work. From start to finish, they have been brilliant and I highly recommend.
