Absolutely fantastic! The staff were polite, informative, extremely helpful and I noticed as I waited how they treated everyone who came in, the same way. They are also the same on the phone too, it’s great to receive such compassionate and lovely service. The dentist I saw and the dental nurse were also absolutely wonderful. I am a nervous dentist goer and they totally put me at ease, explained everything clearly and were so lovely and understanding. I’ve never experienced such amazing service and care at any other dentist and will now opt to stay here as a private patient instead of getting moved elsewhere to be NHS. Could not recommend them any more!

I visited this dental practice in light of a complication with my lower left molar which had to result in an extraction. I had never had any major issues with my teeth before so never had to experience any intrusive procedures. Naturally, I was incredibly anxious and had a slight inherent fear of the dentist. The dentist (Jane Shaw) made me feel incredibly comfortable and cracked a few jokes to put me at ease. The procedure was done in minutes and I couldn’t have been happier with the service I had received.

Great service, but very unhappy that with only a very short time til my next appointment they texted that they are dumping all NHS patients.

I’ve been visiting this practise for years now, the staff are helpful and friendly, appointments are easy to make and you are never sat waiting in the reception too long when you come in for a check up.

Everybody was very friendly and the practice is clean with a good atmosphere. I have never had such a good experience at the dentist - Mina and Julia were absolutely fantastic and made me feel completely at ease. I really felt like they were looking out for my best interest, they clearly explained my options to me, which ones they thought were best, and were up front about pricing and the treatment plan. I am a new patient and also found the 'new patient check' over my teeth to be very thorough and better than any others I've had in the past. Thank you!

Considering the dentists are prepared to peer into your mouth, and GPs aren't even happy about sitting in the same room as a patient, I've been impressed with the medical staff here. I needed a cavity addressing recently, and I couldn't be happier with the service. I would like to see preventative maintenance restored soon though.
