Very good and conveniently located practice. Everyone is very professional and friendly. I see the hygienist every six months (Erum or Iwona) and I'm very satisfied. They both do an excellent job, very thorough and provide helpful advice. Highly recommended.

I had Fahima for the hygienist session and she was great, very detail oriented and rigorous while making you you remain comfortable

The facilities are a bit old and would reed renovation yet. Must not be easy for the practitioners to work everyday in those rooms, yet they remain very courteous and pro.

Received a great service at the clinic and my hygienist Dr. Ircha was amazing. Friendly staff too :)

I attended BUPA dental in Manchester St last week. Receptionists were pleasant and efficient. Had a hygienist appointment with Fahima, who was excellent. No discomfort at all from the treatment, I was happy with the results. Fahima herself was very professional, but also very likeable and kind. Would recommend

Fahima, the hygienist, is delightful and very thorough. She has done my past two cleans and they are the best I've _ever_ had. I would highly recommend the practice, and in particular, the cleaning!

I loved this practice, specially my dentist. The receptionists in the past when I used to go ( 6 months ago) were super nice. However, there might be a new receptionist who is not so helpful and a bit rude on the phone.
She couldn't understand my question and when I asked her to repeat the information ( couldnt understand her accent + dodgy connection) she started to raise her voice and be rude. Such a shame to have her client facing.....
