Aesthetic Dental Zone

I have been with Dr Nejafi for well over 10 years now, and he has been such an amazing dentist. Me and the rest of the family have a lot of respect for him, and are so proud at how big the company has grown. I'd reccommend this dentist to anyone.

May I just add that the staff are absolutely amazing too, as well as the hygeniest. The staff are always warm and friendly, and I really enjoy speaking with them.

From my first consultation with Dr Nadjafi I felt very comfortable with his friendly and professional attitude. I have now been going to ADZ for many years as the service and quality of treatment remains exeptionally high and I never feel hurried or pressured in any way. Options are always discussed and a treatment plan is provided for you to take away and consider. The resident hygienist also provides an excellent service.

Dr Nadjafi and his team are excellent. Great service and really friendly. Couldn’t recommend this dental clinic enough.

Update: after an initial poor experience, below. Received a personal note and the dentist offered to stay late to fit me in ASAP. I am impressed at how the dentist handled the situation and tried to fix it quickly so have upgraded the star rating.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I called to get a tooth fixed and was told here is a provisional appt date/time, we will confirm in an hour. In the meantime, I sent an email with a photo. I never received a call back; called them three times on the day trying to confirm with them telling me they would call me back. I called again the next day (the day of the alleged appointment) and the appointment was no longer available, they had none of my details, and it would be a week before I could get an appointment - but they would have to call me back to confirm!!! If I could give no stars I would. Went to another dentist and was sorted with politeness/efficiency.

One of the best treatment in london

I have had some extensive treatment over several months at this Dental Practice, and I have nothing but high praise for the Team. Every part of the treatment was explained and all my questions answered, including details of the cost. The best thing was no pain! All the staff are lovely, friendly and very kind. I highly recommend this Practice.

Dr Nadjafi was pleasant but staff are terrible. When I booked my appointment on the phone I Was told a different price for the initial exam and on the day I had to pay £68 (in addition to my £20 deposit) front of house staff had a poor attitude when I raised this concern. I was also told the incorrect price for the composite bonding treatment (£150 vs £175) I Have also been trying to get in touch with to discuss my treatment plan for over 2 months, I was told I would get a phone call the following day and no one called, and STILL I am yet to be contacted, no response to my emails. Very very disappointed Such a shame as Dr was pleasant.
