Excellent service today, the staff really looked after me. I'm so scared of dentists but I was made to feel so relaxed and calm. I have now registered and will be coming here with my children from now on. Highly recommend.

I saw Marta (dental hygienist) for the 1st time recently. She was amazing and the best hygienist I have had. Due to having sensitive teeth, I used to dread having my teeth cleaned. I informed Marta about my sensitive teeth and she picked up on my anxiety and reassured me that she would gently clean my teeth. And true to her word, she was gentle and talked through the treatment. Normally I would walk away after my trip to the hygienist with either a sore mouth and/or bleeding gums. Obviously as Marta was gentle, I walked away in no pain and my teeth had an excellent clean. Furthermore, Marta gave me very useful advice on after care. I will now not dread the visit to the hygienist. Thank you Marta, Perry Vale are lucky to have you on the team.

Worst dentist possible! The dentist there is a butcher and doesn't care at all about you. I went there to get a simple filling and he made it feel like hell, while he was working I continuously kept on humming because of the pain even though he gave me anesthesia. And the quality of the filling was appalling, cracks and small crevices appeared within a week or two and had to get it repaired but I changed dentist and it was ×10 better experience. This place is a literal slaughter house, do not go here !!!!

I did not have the best experience with this dentist it has taken me a while to complete the review as I don’t like to bad mouth services as I know times are hard and every one is struggle. However the treatment I received from them from start to end was appalling. You will not believed i paid them after my experience. It started initially when I had my initial assessments and had to wait until the day before my op for my treatment plan after rumours emails and calls (time between them was 4 months. My initial op involved sedation and the start of 3 implants and a separate gold cap. The op went ok, but when I said I had infection And needed a stronger antibiotic I had to wait for days for the amoxi to finish, which lead me to days of pain only for them to then give the stronger antibiotics that relived me in hours. After it took them 4 attempts to get the gold cap right as they initially refused to look at the cap I had removed for reference. 2 further extra appointments for fittings they lost and tried to tell me i had not had them done. Then to add insult to injury the last day I went to the final appointment they said i have to pay before I have the treatment. My bill was over 7k and I had already paid over half, but this is what they felt they needed to do. Nobody else had to do this before they where treated. I also did not have to do it the initial op they took the money off me after the appointment. The extra time off work was never considered nor was I compensated and then finally they overcharged me after they had made a fuse about me prepaying before treatment. As for my implants they are actually fine, I have had no issues with them since the original infection. However my gold is too short and is not what i ordered. I disliked the fact that the dentist tried to convince me the cap was the right length like it was not totally obvious. I was so over being in that dentist I am suffering with it. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Amazing as always. Extremely friendly staff who are very attentive. My hygienist appointment was the most educational and thorough I have had. I highly recommend the practice.

I’ve been looking for a dentist for a while. Like many I’m super anxious but have been so well cared for. The dentists I’ve met at PV have listened not rushed the appointments and not pushed me at all into treatments. Feel very lucky to have found them.
