I wouldn't recommend Wonder Smile. I have had a very disgusting experience with my treatment.
I placed my order in April and it arrived in March. Started wearing the aligners, for the first 3 stages was all good till I got to the 4th stage then each stage from the 4th stage didn't fit well and for that reason they where breaking after just 3 to 5 days. I reached out to customer service and I was told they would send out the stages that had broken, at this point I was on stage 5 and so I was ad iced to wear stage 5 till the new one came through however stage five also only lasted 4 days then it broke. I was then forced to move to stage 6 whilst I wait for the replacement I managed to wear stage 6 for 3 weeks before it also broke it has now been 3 months, I have sent several emails and I have had no response the contact number that was provided is out of service and I have in the meanwhile paid off the total cost of the treatment. I have been ganging stages since stage 6 almost every week and are now on stage 18 which is my last stage to complete my treatment. Which has also just snapped in just 3 days 🤬 my teacher has only just slightly improved and there are still lots of gaps and to make matters worst the pain I had to go through by forcing the different stages on whilst it was not time yet has caused my teeth to be very wobbly and still is. My dentist says that that will stabilize after some months. Again I will stay away from Wonder Smile l.

This company is scam i spent 1.400€ for my aligners after my treatment my teeth wasnt aligned well and they closed the office in Ireland and got lost. Im calling them but number is not available anymore sending them mails but they dont get back to me. I dont recommend this company

Was receiving treatment via the Hammersmith London Branch, I made a full payment and promised a treatment guarantee. Website went down, contacted point of contacts and found all their email accounts were no longer in use. Tried to get hold of the company and eventually I received a reply and was informed the company went into administration and no longer operating in the UK and that I had to pay for further treatment or go to a local orthodontics. I was not offered a refund. Disgusting behaviour displayed by these people as no further response was received to my email. Company is a cheat and scam as the invisalign do not work better or faster than other braces! Be careful people as Wondersmile or similar companies are a scam they will run with your hard earned money.

Scam artists. They will take your money and run, no response from their customer service team. Awful awful company. Avoid like the plague

These people are horrible. I had to find out they went into liquidation through my own means. Haven't completed my treatment but yet they took all the payment and no response from them. Yet, even better I got a response from someone in Australia who said it's got nothing to do with them. Awful company.

This company is a joke honestly don’t even bother yourself. I had to find out they shut down through these reviews as I couldn’t get a hold of them. I’ve sent countless emails no response. My teeth are no aligned in the slightest. Save your money while you can. If I can give 0 stars I would. If they rebrand themselves I WILL COME FOR THEM AND EVERYTHING THEY WORK FOR. ITS A PROMISE

Stay away from this company. My teeth are not aligned in the slightest and I have contacted them numerous times only to find out they have gone into liquidation. They deserve a 0

Customer service us awful. The UK part of this company went bust in 2022 and left many of us with problems that they won't sort even though this is a global brand that is still operating in other countries Their attitude is shocking!
