I come from NY and was in London for a business trip. I had an emergency and some of my friends recommended me Dr Sadone. She was very professional and so nice. I am very satisfied with the results and would definitely recommend her. It was probably my best dentist experience! Thank you

Dr Laura Sadone is very kind and professional. Her confidence, patience and positive vibes will make you comfortable. She always explains clearly what she is doing and why it needs to be done.
Good availability on appointment with booking usually possible within a week or two, or even sooner if emergency ! Online booking possible and really smooth, with quick confirmation.
Prices seems to be around average for private dentists in London.

Dr Sadone is an excellent dentist. She makes you feel at ease as you walk in. She takes the time to explain everything and does a very precise work. I would highly recommend her.

Laura Sadone seems a good (enough) dentist especially for routine checkups but with questionable work ethics. I personally had a bad experience with regard to her whitening services. I was surprised by her lack of professionalism when confronted to some of the mistakes she did in the treatment resulting in a reduced efficacy and permanent white spots on most of my teeth (contradicting explanations, personal attacks, almost childish & emotional reactions).

Retrospectively she would not hesitate to sometimes overcharge (X Ray scans every two months seem a bit excessive, even to other dentists, some product placement she would not use herself seems out of place) or to neglect details in order to save time and effort (incomplete cleaning, imperfect modeling of a filled tooth cavity).

While not everyone is perfect, I would expect a higher quality of service and impeccable work ethics for the price paid and can no longer remain a client of this cabinet (after 4 years). It is a matter of trust.

I hope this feedback will help the management of the cabinet improve their service and address those points with the dentist.

Hi, I wouldn't recommend going to Laura Sadone, I went to see her twice. The first appointment went ok, the second appointment convinced me to never return to that practice. On my first appointment, I went for a check-up and a quote for dental treatment and I decided to have my treatment in another practice with more experience for the treatment I needed. Regardless, months later I needed a scaling and I took an appointment with Laura Sadone. She was very rough and rude during the scaling, she was giving her unsolicited opinion and criticizing harshly the treatment I was doing without having the details. Really rude and unprofessional. Did she act like this because I decided to pursue the treatment from the first appointment in another practice? I am not sure why she acted up but I wouldn't recommend going there.

Excellent service! Laura explained to me each step of the treatment very clearly. The nurse Corina was very professional. All that made my experience almost pleasant for dentist appointments.
