Bupa Dental Care Kensington - High Street

I visited Kensington Dental spa for an airflow scale and polish and the Zoom 2 teeth whitening treatment. I received a fantastic service from friendly staff who explained the whole procedure step by step.

I am beyond impressed with the treatment, my teeth are still extremely white 3 weeks on.

Great price, service and overall experience. Highly recommended!!!

As someone who travels frequently, I have considered treatment options at various places around the world and have a good idea of what quality dentistry needs to feel like. I was made to feel completely relaxed and all the options about implants were explained to me. For someone who needed a front tooth replacement, it was important that I felt comfortable to bite and not be conscious when dealing face to face with clients and during dinners and conversations. The treatment was only carried out after I understood all the risks and any side-effects and I felt under no pressure at any time.
The whole experience from how I was greeted at the reception to warm welcome by the assistant nurse and the reassurance from the dentist was important. I felt comfortable and Kensington dental Spa team went beyond what was purely necessary in all this. The fit and appearance of the implant crown are first class. In fact, I have to think hard to remember where it in in my mouth! A year down the line, I continue to be fully satisfied and would happily recommend the specialist team of Kensington Dental Spa.

Outstanding experience from the moment I entered the very smart Kensington Dental Spa. A warm welcome from a lovely lady receptionist set the mood for the visit. The dentist was simply the best. Everything was very clearly explained before and afterwards. The care taken during treatment was second to none. I am very pleased with the service received and if you can say a visit to the dentist was a pleasure that says it all!

I needed a Crown done and chose Bupa. I have to mention Sneha Kubal at Bupa who did an absolutely brilliant job. Any kind of dental treatments make me nervous but Sneha ensured everything went smoothly and I'm delighted with the end result.

Extremely good service and care. It was easy and quick to book an appointment, the waiting time was very short and the reception staff are very nice. The dentists are caring and take time to explain everything in detail and openly, my procedure was painless (even the anaesthesia injections!) and quick. I felt comfortable, at ease and in good hands. I highly recommend this surgery.

Amy in reception is very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. Kamala, the dentist, was very quick, gentle and efficient in assessing the state of my teeth and complimentary about my previous dentist. She was very reassuring. The x-ray only took a few minutes to develop. She explained the state of my teeth and gave me advice on future care. She also pointed out inevitable decay under some old fillings, but did not pressurise me to replace them all, but to monitor any change through future X-rays.
