NHS DENTIST WEST DRAYTON & YIEWSLEY

The worst practice I’ve ever seen. I’ve been asked to remove my opinion before as per new manager who is really kind woman but nothing changed. I’ve been offered free tooth cleaning visit by a hygienist which I’ve never had. Before that my child was removed from NHS patients because reception was messing up with visits. The old man in reception is rude and very unprofessional towards patients. Booking appointment 2 months before and they put that as a EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT and asking to pay for it ? Also I was waiting for referral to a clinic for 2 months to find out after that no referral has been done. I’ve never seen that kind of services in my life. Avoid as much as you can they will make your health worse. This old guy should be fired he is not even know how to talk to people! I’m not surprised that this place has so bad ratings! If I could give rating 0 or less I would without even thinking. After few months from my email to a manager I’m still waiting for her response…

Seen as emergency patient today and the whole team were wonderful. Made me feel very relaxed and treated me with great care. Tony is a lovely receptionist with great caring attitude. Dentist and nurse excellent.

I came across this practise via the Google reviews, and quite frankly my experience with the staff at this practise. It has over exceeded my expectations! They genuinely are so professional, so friendly, caring and so knowledgeable. I am so pleased to be working with Dr Philip on my treatments. He knew exactly what I needed, his advise, guidance and support has been outstanding! The clinic itself is stunning and so clean. The receptionist is really friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend!

The dentists here are very experienced and thorough. If you call up the receptionist will do all he can to get you an appointment through cancellations. I had a really good experience this week and am very grateful.

Had a hygienist appointment today and the nurse that carried out the clean was courteous, professional and very friendly, would gladly recommend this practice to anyone for both dentistry and hygiene appointments never had anything other than a stress free appointment

Excellent service - the dentist who performed my root canal really put me at ease and was calm and kind throughout the procedure and very skilled with her work. My appointment had to be changed a few times and Antonio was really helpful and friendly over the phone and on email. Highly recommended.
