Kingsland Dental Surgery

As someone who has been petrified of dentists since a young age I can happily say my experience here has been fantastic. Everybody is super friendly. Having needed some extensive work done, everything was explained in detail and my nerves were put to rest. The dentist spoke to me throughout the procedure and before I realised, it was all over. I will continue to come back for further work and urge anyone who has the same fears as me to register.

My experience at this surgery was not the best at all!!! The dentist herself is very very unprofessional, she doesn't close the treatment door even when i have asked her too, so everyone in reception area can hear what she is saying to me, i felt that i had no privacy! The dentist herself is very rude compared to the reception lady. They had me waiting for over 30mins before being seen, an 15min appointment will turn into 30-40mins appointment! The lady in reception is very friendly, she is very lovely, she was going between the treatment rooms helping the dentist and covering the reception area, the dentist shouldn't have this lady inbetween rooms! I felt sorry for all the running around she has to do on a daily!

Call yesterday late for emergency, was told to call 930am .. called 930am .. told no appointment and emergency slots taken. Call tomorrow. This lady is in kuku land.
But how and when? What's the procedure? When questioned in a calm manner got told I have a patient?
Is this part of the job less important?
Is she the dentist also working as a receptionist?
Felt very condescending .. left me clueless on how to move forward to get my mother seen asap. Shameful service..

After dislodging a tooth at the weekend, which was very painful, I called the surgery on Monday morning and was told the dentist would call me back once she'd looked at her appointments..she rang back at 2pm and booked me in for the following morning, even opening the surgery 30 mins early to fit me in!! My tooth was removed with ease and I Cannot thank them enough.excellent service and staff are so helpful and polite.

Excellent dental surgery. The receptionist is lovely, very courteous and helpful and the dentist was so lovely and calming in helping my mum get through some treatment she’d been putting off for years due to a bad experience at previous surgery.

I have been attending this practise for some years now and always had a positive experience. This year I was assigned a new dentist Bianca who I've been seeing over the past few months. She is a fantastic addition to the surgery and one of the best dentists I've ever had ever! She is articulate and clear and lets you know at every stage what she is going to do when you are in the chair. She is thorough and makes you feel at ease (for those like myself who have a slight fear of the dentist). Additionally, she has given me really good dental tips that will stick with me forever. I would highly recommend her for anyone who is looking a vibrant and engaging dentist.

Lastly, the reception team are fab! I'm always warmly welcomed along with phone calls to keep my updated of my forthcoming appointments. 10/10 Dental practise experience.

First visit to the dentist in a very long time. Lucky to find an NHS dentist taking on new patients. She reassured me and calmed my nerves. All the treatment carried out was very good and I'll be back again in 6 months time!

Managed to get a NHS appointment here when I wasn’t already a registered patient. Really lovey staff and really felt I was properly cared for. My new dentist!
