Quigley Dental-Sidcup

I registered as a new patient last week and was booked in to see a dentist today 11:30am when I arrived I told the receptionist I was here for my appointment. She couldn’t find my appointment on the system and then started giving me attitude as if I was making up the appointment. Her senior receptionist then stepped in and said I had been registered but they don’t have an appointment for me and no correspondence had been sent out as if no one had told me I had an appointment, it was all quite embarrassing then eventually said I would have to book a new appointment which I declined. Why on earth would I ever pay private fees to a practise that can’t register and book new patients in properly. What a joke

I have visited many dental practices over the years but I have to say this has been my best experience to-date. I was attended to by Ms Sandeep Sagoo who I found to be very professional, attentive, efficient and well informed.
I needed to have a tooth removed and she recommended I attend the dental facility at Queen Mary's managed by King's College as it would be quick turnaround. Within 2 days my tooth was extracted.
My recent appointment was to replace an amalgam filling with a white filling. It is impossible to detect that I have a new filling as it has been completed to such an high standard and colour matched to my existing teeth. My other white filling completed by a different dental practice is no comparison.
I would highly recommend Sandeep Sagoo as she has a very nice manner and does an excellent job.

I saw Dorothy Quigley for my entire treatment, she was recommended to me by a friend. My own dentist was unhelpful. But Dorothy was thorough, very informative and I felt very comfortable and at ease at the practice. I am very happy with my results. Thank you 🙂

Not had any issues getting appointments or treatment. Always receive top notch care. Staff are polite and helpful. Shan Hamarash is absolutely lovely and very understanding.

Was absolutely petrified of visiting the dentist but back early last year I had my first appointment with Pinal Patel. Right from the very start he put me at ease and helped me to relax. Any treatment I have is great with Mr Patel always checking I'm ok and explaining what's being done. No more nerves for me when visiting the surgery. I've required a few emergency appointments which I have either got a same day appointment or next day. Defo reccomend

This is my first treatment done here and I am super happy with Quigley, Pinal Patel is a fantastic dentist, he constantly comforted me and executed his work to the perfection and I've got a fantastic result although my tooth was a difficult one. I've done root canal and white filling here. Front desk as well has been super friendly and nice. Thanks all.

My wife and I both recently registered with this practice, as private patients (we cannot seem to register for any NHS dentists in our area at the present time) and I have to say, we have had no regrets!
The staff and dentists/hygienists are really nice and so very helpful. My dentist even contacted my consultant following a discussion I had with a check up. She then very kindly offered to send some x-rays and contacted him to assist in the process of getting my medical issue resolved.
I cannot recommend this dental surgery enough! Their prices are very reasonable too.

I love going to the dentist, not sure why but something about looking after your hygiene, has always and should be important to everyone! The staffs are super friendly and the service are incredible.

There's only one thing I don't like is having a McDonald's next doors! I'm pretty sure more than half of the population go to McDonald's after their appointment, especially in the afternoon or some point past midday!
