Quality Dental : Worthing

Excellent first visit to Quality Dental Worthing this week. Called Wednesday lunchtime & managed to get a cancellation appointment that afternoon. Options for treatment plan explained very clearly. Hygienist appointment on the Friday morning & further treatment appointment for 10 days time. All in all a very efficient service.

I had to move from a different dentist as they were going private, my mum is here and recommend Quality dental so aa my family are registered here i managed to get in, it's very different to my previous, not the same, I'm giving 4 stars because the practice looks tired, the dentist room itself is clean, it all looks clean, it just needs redecorating.
The dentist are good, have a good patient care and are very patient.

Have been a patient here for a number of years and things have worked well. Over the years they have become busier and getting an unscheduled appointment has become a little more difficult. Perhaps, the one area of frustration is contacting by phone and having to listen to 20 minutes of advertising when all I want is to talk to somebody or get them to phone back. Overall I am a happy bunny.

Despite high anxiety on my part, all the staff at the surgery were kind and polite, gave me a clear idea of what to expect and my tooth extraction was as pain free as I'd been promised. Would prefer not to repeat the experience, but if I had to, then this would be the place to go to.

I had a tooth extracted by Dimitri. I had never visited this dentist before but the whole process was efficiently organised. Dimitri and his dental nurse were both amazing and took the utmost care. My treatment was amazing and I have had no problems. Thank you!

It's a shamefully long time since I've been to the dentist and was quite nervous. The dentist and hygienist were professional and put me at ease. I loved how they explained everything and I was never once made to feel bad about how much time had passed, instead I got great advice. The reception team are lovely, I'm glad I didn't go anywhere else.

I was lucky enough to get an appointment the same day due to a cancellation & was called in at my exact appointment time. Dr Rahman was very thorough investigating a throbbing tooth and was very honest with diagnosing the cause. I like most am a little terrified of dentists however he put me very much at ease with his friendly efficient manner. The charge was very reasonable & good value for money. I will have no hesitation in recommending Dr Rahman and will certainly be returning when my check up is due.

I moved over to Quality Dental after having a bad experience with Worthing Dental (who told me that I needed to wait four months for an urgent appointment and that they have no hygenist!!) and I’ve not regretted the decision for a moment. I got an appointment with Quality Dental the day after my enquiry, and they were much more kind and reassuring, and made the effort to help me and put me out of my pain. The receptionists are lovely too and so visiting the dentist has become much less of a stress :)
