JDRM Dental Care (Westcotes)

This is an absolutely brilliant dentists, all the staff are very friendly and caring. I had a very badly broken tooth, with a long strong hooked root extracted on Monday 16 May. The dentist Pretha gave me a running commentary throughout which I found very helpful. She managed to get this difficult tooth out without it breaking. I fully recommend this dental practice.

Just not a good place. The dentist is very rude and clearly does not care for her patients or there well being. Still waiting on a root canal to be finished 3 years later(in my smile line). They also don't make much of an effort to cancel you're appointment, there happy to just let you show up then tell you the dentist is in an emergency and your appointment is cancelled.

Staff very friendly. Receptionist is very good at her job, multitasks without frustration, remains calm and sweet with all patients,excellent skills. Well done!

Had a wisdom tooth swell up like a balloon with a mad infection, 111 organised these guys to call me back and get an appointment same day.

They're open late which is mega helpful for working people, managed to describe the issue and they yanked the tooth out there and then, numbed etc and the whole process took 5 minutes.

They were really informative and nice, really kind, patient and positive. Really pleased with the service, especially given it was an emergency referral. Can recommend.

I booked an emergency dentist appointment when I noticed I had pain in my tooth. I went there and they removed the nerves and put a temporary filling. I was still in pain so decided to go to a private dentist two days later. The dentist informed me that they didn't remove all the nerves and that the filling was loose and flaky. No wonder I was in so much pain. I would avoid going to this place at all costs.

Such an amazing dentist! The best I have been to so far. I am a tricky patient but my dentist goes the right way about everything! Simply amazing cannot fault them at all.
