I cannot praise this practice enough.. over the last few years they have been so supportive and helpful
Reception staff have been so kind , lovely and chatty.
Christoph was helpful and put me at ease when I had to see him as an emergency. And Joanne Thomas is an absolute angel.. she is so thoughtful and all of my fears from previous visits to the dentist have been laid to rest , thanks to her. . Her care of me has been second to none. I really appreciate what she has done for me... and her dental nurses are so lovely too. . Can't thank the whole team enough...

I became a patient of theirs when I had my front tooth snap off and didn’t have a dentist (I moved to the area just before covid and never managed to get somewhere). My first appointment was terrifying for me as I had bad experiences in the past with dentists which left me very nervous but my dentist and dental nurse put me at ease and now I’m actually asking for cosmetic work to be done! The staff are so friendly and always ask how you’re doing and have a chat. My smile is the best it has been for years and I love showing it off!

Excellent, friendly caring staff kept involved with all aspects of treatment. Before finding this practice would do anything to avoid dentist, actually found myself looking forward to appointments!

I attended today for an initial consultation. I am a very nervous person who has had bad experiences before. They put me at ease from the first contact by phone. The reception staff are a lovely close team and work well together. The Dentist I saw was amazing. She gave me a full check over and some X rays and came up with a great plan that I could afford. She was kind and understanding and very non judgemental, which I think is a must when you have extensive work needed.

Excellent dental surgery all staff are lovely polite, very personable and professional. They are very kind and patient if you are a nervous patient. Becky is an absolute credit to the surgery I cannot thank her enough for her kindness her patience and just generally being Excellent at her job. The rest of the staff are also equally as lovely. Becky has been a god send to me and I've dealt with her the most hence mentioning her name alone. I couldn't be more appreciative of ALL staff as I am.

My filling came out and I rang them to make an appointment to have it filled in. 2 weeks later, I visit the dentist and he says "yes you need a filling, we will book you in"! They wouldn't fill it in right there and then as they wanted the extra £40 off me for a pointless appointment to confirm the big hole in my tooth! A rather shady practice. The firm they took over (Oasis) would have done it right there and then., Just as every other dentist would.

I just been to my favourite Oasis/Bupa dentist and, the Ladies at the desk are very professional polite and helpful and charming as ever.
The new Dr/Dentist and Assistant are very Fabulous and professional and looked after me with professionalism as always.

Bupa watch the prices they’re a tad to expensive.

All staff make you feel like a friend, not a patient! They are all friendly and professional and help you feel at ease!
