Bupa Dental Care Dover

I had a painful tooth all night and rang the surgery when it opened as I am out of the area for my regular dentist. They called back with an appointment for 10.45 after prioritising the day's workload.
Receptionists very helpful and Dentist and Dental nurse were patient and brilliant and quickly diagnosed the problem. The injections were pain free. Brilliant surgery and very impressed.

Absolutely fantastic... Receptionists went above and beyond to help in a difficult procedure. Dentist was amazing in her thoroughness and professionalism and I honestly can't thank them all enough.
If I could give more than five stars I would.

I called in a panic due to my son breaking his front tooth. I was greeted by a lovely calm helpful receptionist who did, at the time sadly have no spaces but she could hear my son in a state on the other end of the phone so managed to ask the dentist and fit him in as an emergency. I would like to say thankyou again to the dentist, assistant and receptionist for being so helpful. He had it sorted and I am so grateful. Totally recommend.

I can’t believe the reception staff go out of their way to find people personally on social media and then accidentally like a personal post I uploaded from July 2021.

This is breach of GDPR and to make matters worse my name is also spelt differently. I don’t feel your receptionist is professional and this should not be allowed to happen.

On the other hand the dentist that work here are very good but often leave. A serious investigation needs to happen as I don’t feel it’s acceptable for staff to be searching patients up clearly using my personal details from your system.

The whole team have been fantastic, under extreme pressure. I for one are thankful for them being there when I have needed them! Always professional, friendly and welcoming. Great big thank you and well done. So had to visit the dentist again and couldn't be happier, with the service. Greeted with a warm friendly welcome, as per usual, Arjun is a true miracle worker and I couldn't be happier with his treatment, information he gives me and for putting up with me!! Never thought I would ever be happy to go to the dentist. A truely amazing team in a job, I myself couldn't do. Another huge thank you to ALL who work there. Great guys and gals

This morning I had a tooth extraction. Everything was explained to me in advance and I didn't feel a thing after the initial injection. I felt very safe and was treated with kindness and care. Kind receptionists have booked me in for next treatment.

This surgery is excellent and I can’t praise them highly enough. I felt safe as covid secure measures were in place. My dentist and dental nurse were professional and empathetic, ensuring good pain management during the tooth extraction. The reception staff were kind and compassionate when I had a wobbly moment afterwards. Thank you all!

I give 3 star because the dentist was friendly, professional and did a great job. However I would appreciate it if the receptionists weren't so rude and unprofessional to patients, especially after treatment. They were obviously tired at the end of a busy week but no need to snap and have an attitude with people. I witnessed them do the same thing to the next patient who came out who also didn't appreciate it. Everyone has bad days but don't take it out on the patients. As soon as I arrived I could tell they were in a mood and it clearly showed post treatment.
