Poor customer service and dental practice. I was given an introductory price for joining the clinic, and got the check-up as I hadn't had my teeth checked during my recent years at university. The dentist said I required a dental x-ray and that it would be included with my previous payment - I confirmed this with reception. Following on from this, I went to get my X-ray, all was fine - I left. Then I started to receive monthly letters about how I had outstanding charges for my second appointment, until they threatened legal action. I rang them immediately to discuss the matter and they saw their mistake. How they can be so incompetent and harass people over a small appointment fee is beyond me - especially when the fault is all theirs. I don't think this dentist is particularly well run and I can see other reviewers would agree. I think they are here to make quick sums of money due to their proximity and location and client satisfaction isn't on their radar.

If, like me, you wanted a quick check-up this place might be convenient but if you are looking for a long-term dentist who gives a **** about their patients I would vehemently avoid.

Was allocated an emergency appointment at the practise and all I can say is thank you. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I received nothing but professional service. From the lovely reception staff to the friendly nurses and of course the dentist that attended to me. Would recommend to anyone that has a fear of dental treatment as everything was smooth and painless. All a credit to the profession. So much so that 2 hours after my treatment I called and registered as a full patient. Again thank you all and for the first time in a long time I look forward to my next dental appointment.

I hate going to the dentist and struggle with medical anxiety but I have nothing but great things to say about this dental practice. I've seen Lizamore Moore for a checkup and filling and she's made me feel very at ease both times, not rushing anything and being mindful of how I was feeling.

The reception team has been very helpful and my hygienist appointment with Rebecca was fantastic also. Highly recommend using Nordea Dental, I plan to for the future.

Since I start my maintenance with the hygienist Martha I can’t go to anyone else. I used to have anxiety before my maintenance appointment’s before but since meeting her , that doesn’t happened anymore. She makes me feel so calm , she’s also is very delicate on her approach and always gives good tips for me to look after my teeth at home till our next appointment. So happy to have her back! :)

I came into this dentist several years ago after a collision. The dentist took an x ray, complained to the hygienist that the x ray was bad quality, and told me nothing was wrong and asked if I was drunk when the collision occurred.

I later went to another dentist who discovered that my tooth had fully died following the collision. If this dentist had taken his patient seriously then maybe that could’ve been avoided.

Giving two stars rather than one because the hygienists were very nice and managed to get me an appointment really quickly.

There is no information on the website, or in the pre-appointment questionnaire about attending appointments if you’ve been exposed to covid. I last tested positive 16 days before my appointment yet nobody phoned to tell me I couldn’t be seen. It was only when I arrived, after I had taken the morning off work, that someone told me.

The staff are so concerned about ensuring people turn up to the appointments, they appear to have forgotten about basic customer service.

It’s very disappointing that patients have to give 48 hours notice before cancelling an appointment but they can cancel it on the spot.

Staff at reception are very friendly and helpful. Anna helped me to arrange a hygienist appointment efficiently. The hygienist, Rebecca, is as good as my hygienist in Hong Kong. She examined my teeth carefully and explained everything in details. She cleaned my teeth thoroughly. I highly recommended this dental clinic to you all.

The best dentist I have ever been to! Lovely kind and professional staff and even a choice of music! Steve always makes me laugh and he has done a great job with my smile too! Thank you so much!
