The receptionist / dental hygiene assistant was great, friendly and chatty. I wasn't too pleased about the x ray as they insisted I take one without informing me of the additional charge. My main issue is my extremely sore throat 8 hours after the dental examination. I'm in agony. Not sure what products they used or if they'd sterilised they're equipment. I've never been to the dentist and had a excruciatingly painful throat.

Honestly do not know why there are bad reviews on this dentist, I am a former patient with Whitestone dentist and I have never received such brilliant service as I did today I’m now a private dentist service convert! First appointment and I’ve finally had the extraction I’ve been begging my nhs dentist to do for about two years! attended with my friend as she is a nervous patient. we cant believe a so called professional person can be so unprofessional. cursing under your breath. rubbish and unprofessional.

I had two visits with the same tooth and the problem wasn’t solved. I still feel pain in my tooth. Waste of money and time.
