I went to them with very bad toothache the guy who checked the tooth was "there is nothing can be done to these teeths but there is another one at the back is rotting I can fill it and put some fluoride on the other ones" came home and the pain was not going away so managed to book an appointment at another dentist went there the dentist took couple xrays and straight away said the tooth needs to come out without me telling him which tooth it is, that is professional, I have contacted them via email regarding refund and if I don't hear from them I will take this further by seeking legal advice, I hope you read this mark.

Worst reception staff ever. Never check emails, disappear for ages, don’t answer phones, are rude and pretty much clueless. Dentists are OK but they try and charge you for more than your treatments.

They removed me from the system during covid when they canceled the appointment. Recorded it as missed appointment.

Re-registered after 3 years. I have an appointment today and already running 40 minutes late. Was not advised by the receptionist there's a delay. I had another appointment to attend after.

When I was called in, another patient was inside. I was seen in a hurry, what can I say about the scaling? Best to see a hygienist. From what I saw It didn't seem like they cleaned any of the equipments. I wasn't given any goggles or any tissue on my chest. There were water splilage on the floor.

They don't pick up the phone either should you wish to contact them.

Worse experience I have had at the dentist. The dentist was extremely rude, poked at my teeth in multiple places causing unnecessary pain and excessive bleeding! I ended up stopping her and leaving without treatment. She was extremely unprofessional and I felt humiliated. When a patient visits the dentist they already feel vulnerable, and this was a very disturbing experience and wouldn’t wish it on anyone. Stay clear of this surgery and save your money. A formal complaint was made over two weeks ago and I still have not even received an acknowledgment of this email let alone an apology. To add to the disturbing experience, I was made to pay for the treatment I never received! Poor service from start to finish. I will now be taking my complaint to the General Dental Practice as this practice needs to be shut down. The high staff turnover is proof of their lack of competence

Had appointment with a lady never in my life I needed fillers or had holes or pockets . Since she cleaned my teeth my roots hurts fe sensitive and create gaps in gum I feel like holes been drilled in .

Can never get hold of this dentist, even if you send a voice message you won't get anything back. Hopefully I can register at a new dentist soon so I won't have to bother calling.

I love this dentist and their service is always impeccable. Every time I have an appointment I am seen on time and treated with such respect. Every problem is addressed and fixed permanently.

The reception team Nadea and Taj are always exceptionally helpful and prepared. I feel very welcome and they create an extremely friendly atmosphere. Nadea in particular has been extremely helpful to me since I have been attending this practise from 2019. Always ensuring my teeth needs are being addressed and taken care of, in the best way possible.

The dentist Mark examined my teeth and found the cause of the pain that I was experiencing despite me not knowing exactly where it is coming from. He was very clear and patient while explaining to me what was actually wrong with my teeth. After my appointment I felt pain free and like my issues had been resolved.

I cannot recommend the services of this dentist and praise the team for such a high standard of dental work. Many thanks to the entire team and I look forward to seeing you at my next appointment.

Still not doing routine appointments ever since covid! Only urgent appointments that are a week or 2 away! What a joke. Way to make more money by paying everytime for each appointment. The last time i went for an urgent appointment, i said the pain was less from the time i wanted the appointment as it took over a week to get an urgent appointment, the doctor said 'did u lie that its urgent just to get an appointment!!' Wow. Totally unacceptable behaviour. How can a doctor speak like that to a patient?
Also the female staff in the reception talks like shes being forced to be here.
Appalling service here. Can't get any worse.
