Confident Smile Dental Practice Shepperton

I've had excellent treatment over many years; most recently a crown & within the last 12 months an implant- both are performing well.

A few months ago I was very happy when I met and signed the agreement with Alex. He looked like a professional who could correct my overbite and replace my short crowns. He replaced them with temporary ones. But the bite did not improve on one side of the mouth. He took half the price (£5500) straight away for the full treatment and I spent a couple of months. But he could not finish and did not want to continue the process and referred me to two different
Prosthetics Specialists. I paid around £400 for consultations, which gave me a price of £21,000 for the rest of the work!
Now my temporary teeth are loose and often fall out of my mouth, and the bite slips.
Tired, devastated and don't know what to do.. Alex doesn't reply to my emails anymore.
It is the worse experience in my life..

I visited confident smile for a single dental implant. My dentist was Alex. The whole process took around 6 months to complete. The implant procedure was quite straightforward and didn't require any stitches. I would recommend for dental implant.

I had a dental implant fitted here in 2009 and remain a customer to this day After the NHS left me with a gaping hole and splintered bone, Alex was able to give me bone augmentation (a bit like Harry Potter's Skele-Grow) to fit the implant, once the bone was at the correct texture to hold it securely. He was careful to ensure this was angled away from my sinus cavity to protect my health. I am very happy with the results.

My experience to date has been super pleasant, be it front staff to Alex and his assistant Julie, whom are Super friendly, Super professional, great at making you feel comfortable, not to mention the practice itself and the serene environment from the views when you sit in the dentist chair to the calming music that plays quietly in the background, helping ease those nerves that I’m sure most feel even if you aren’t the most nervous of patients.
I found Confident Smile (shepperton) on Groupon, looking into having an implant and I certainly wouldn’t look back, best choice I could have made.
I had the implant fitted recently, surprised how pain free and effortless Alex made the whole procedure feel from start to finish, being somewhat of a nervous patient, he did everything to make me feel at ease. What helped was the actual procedure and one I understand only a very experienced dentist can carry out, which in return reduced the time, pain, healing and infection rate.
Definitely something one should think about asking a dentist, if like me your looking into your first implant, or not, just some food for thought.
