The practice is very clean and tidy. All staff members are very welcoming and professional, making me feel at ease. My dentist does an amazing job each time - she explains the reasoning behind any work she does, makes sure I'm suitably numb and talks me through the process as she does it. As someone with anxiety, this makes the world of difference when I'm in the chair. She has also found the time to fit me in as an emergency when half of my tooth came out! Would highly recommend this practice and my dentist, Dr Chehraz!

I've been going to Bupa for a few years and I have had a great experience at every appointment. My dentist is fantastic - she is professional and friendly, and everything she does is completed with precision.

I recently had a tooth extracted, which was done so efficiently, it was over before I knew it!

I attended the clinic today and yesterday to see my dentist and hygienist. I had been a little apprehensive about attending my appointments during COVID-19 as I have been isolating. I really didn't need to worry, the clinic has put in great health and safety measures, all while delivering their usual excellent service.

I'm hoping things will be a little more normal for my next appointment, but either way, I will feel safe and as happy as anyone feels going to the dentist!

Cool Dental Practice and special mention to the polite, professional and charming, Mr Eiad Zinah (Hygienist & Therapist) who gave me, THE most thorough, dental hygiene, clean and Airflow (sandblasting) to get rid of all the plaque and discoloration from the bad habits, accidentally developed during the Pandemic. Great reception & bookings team and hardly any waiting time to be seen. Top tip, recommend parking in the Depot Car Park, around the corner, (5 mins by foot), £2 for 2 hours parking. Best dentist I have ever been to! I’m a nervous patient and always dread the dentist but the staff and especially Faye do their best to calm my nerves and give me a pain free experience every time. I would highly recommend this practice.

I had composite bonding done on 2 broken teeth with Olivia. I cannot fault my experience. I was made to feel comfortable at all times, she done the most she could to keep me at ease and it was worth every penny to have my smile restored!

I see Eiad Zinah a couple of times a year for a hygiene appointment, really happy with his service, would definitely recommend.
