The Dental Access Centre

Really disappointed with the service. We’ve been cancelled twice and we’ve been rescheduled without letting us know.wasting my sons school days and my annual leave. Dentist was more preoccupied to get feedback than to deliver services.wont ever go back again !!!!

Very rude

Receptionist was really rude. She could see I was holding a child ( child doesn't walk) but still wanted to give me paper work to take it to another room to fill it. Even though I mentioned I can't opened the door with child on my hand eho cant walk and with the paper work. she just said ya you press the button🙄🙄. she was very rude even got told in rude tone that I have to contact after 6 months for review as they are very busy.

Never answer the phone even though they aren’t using it !!! Constantly forwarding calls
