Truly the nicest dentist I’ve ever visited. So friendly & Gave excellent advice. She’s only been in the practice a few months But so nice & I guess real? And it honestly made me feel at such ease. Definitely who you should see if you suffer with anxiety.

I attended the surgery as a new patient the female dentist was very calm and although I am nervous of the dentist previously this has changed my experience and I was very happy with my treatment. I would certainly recommend this dentist to friends and family and will be returning should I need treatment in the future. Thank you Harpreet, for being gentle and so patient.

Once again I have had to request to be fitted in for an emergency appointment due to health issues I need regular maintenance. No fuss No drama just efficiency and kindness in accommodating me. I have been attending this dental practice for years and the first time I met this new dentist she had me in absolute stitches. Her easy going manner and ability to put a nervous patient such as I at ease with her sense of humour and kindness is such an added bonus to the procedures that need to be carried out Thank You Harpreet for your patience and professionalism especially the high standards that you practice at all times. I visited Rubery Dental Surgery today my first time I haven't seem a dentist since the start of covid I had flyer posted the week before through my door ..so I called to make an appointment. A check up and hygienist.
We all know visiting the dentist can be a apprehensive time...the staff were very attentive and professional

I got an appointment on the 1st phonecall extremely rare as most know! (New patient) Brilliant surgery, Dr Rafiq is amazing, really looked after me and felt no pain! Would recommend to everyone. Thank you very much.

After not visiting the dentist since the beginning of covid I was, as a nervous patient pretty apprehensive......absolutely nothing to worry about ,brilliant friendly service. Dr Grover put me totally at ease and two fillings later walked out with lovely fresh clean teeth.100% recommend.

I have always been scared of the dentist since being a child. Even the call to make the appointment filled me with dread and I would hang up. SO GLAD I didn't hang up and run in this case. from walking in there shaking to how i am now is down to you. This dentist and staff are all absolutely amazing. Made me feel at ease from when I first walked through the door. This surgery had to fix what others surgeries had messed up, and it really was a mess. Sadly I lost my teeth BUT I'm so glad I went through the process here, every single thing was explained to me before hand, was all done over time so no BIG appointments. I am so pleased with my new smile, I can smile without having to hide behind my hand. I chose this dentist purely from reading the reviews. I hope others do the same. They truly are amazing. Thank you for giving me my smile and confidence back. It really is a life changer.

Never felt so at ease. Felt really nervous as I haven't been to a dentist and since lockdown last year. The dentist made me feel so welcomed and put my mind at ease and never judged me one bit. Wouldn't go anywhere else now. Thank you so much x
