Andrew and his team are incredibly professional and honest with their advice. They are continuously pioneering and investing in new treatments/technology so I know that whatever work needs doing, I know I am in safe hands. Highly recommended.
A note for anyone whose health is challenged. There are buses but, if not possible, a car park opposite with stairs to climb and stairs up into the Surgery. Perfect, if you are healthy or can afford taxis to and fro as well as the treatment!
I have deducted one star due to the following:
after many thousands of £s, and my last visit for a problem which has continued since original completion of fitting, causing increasing pain and sensitivity, the dentist will not spare 15mins to look at a possible implant failure, without charging a full check up and treatment plan, "as I haven't had a check up for some time", which is true, due to health issues. I simply needed an opinion on the implant and gum. The kind, friendly receptionist listened and enquired on my behalf. I was taken seriously ill some time after completion and couldn't attend until I had a little strength back, but I did so, for the same issue, and no problem was apparent. However, as the same area worsened and continues to cause the ulcer beneath the tooth, where it wasn't apparent at my last appointment (the problem felt as though it was beneath the inspection tool , but I didn't say more as I had faith in the Dentist's knowledge of their work and a thorough examination). One would hope for more humanity and generosity of spirit, even in this business! I won't continue in vain to expect a more personalised healthcare policy, nor pay for the inconvenience. I have lost faith, which is a shame and why I'm writing this with regret. We need to do whatever is best for ourselves and unfortunately, I can not continue at a time when I don't need the extra stress without a cost-effective return on my investment. I will be contacting the Practice politely.
