Bupa Dental Care Diamond House, Summertown

I was not confident that my previous dentist was giving me the right care/advice so came to diamond house for a second opinion. I am so glad that I did. I received excellent care from Ioannis. He provided me with a treatment plan and explained every step to me. I am very happy with my implant and the treatment I have received.

An excellent dentist. Great dentistry coupled with excellent customer care. Morgan is the best hygienist I have ever had. She provides a wonderful dental hygiene service whilst ensuring her patients are completely at ease and Shellie is a very efficient caring receptionist. At Diamond dental house, my appointments are very pleasant...not the dreary appointments I have had at other dentists.

Fantastic dental practice! I was nervous about a chipped tooth, and Bupa Dental Care at Diamond House was able to see me much faster than my normal dental practice. Andrey Astakhov put me at ease right away. The practice offers superb thorough dental exams, not the quick casual poke around like other places. Andrey had excellent communication with me throughout the exam and with his assistant, who recorded all the nuances into the system. They are incredibly professional and definitely on top of dental health. They built immediate trust, and I was completely blown away with how good the service was. This private practice comes with higher costs, but it’s 100% worth it. It’s a night and day difference from my normal dental practice. And I’m absolutely switching. THIS is what all dental practices should be like!

Diamond House has been absolutely amazing. I have been their patient for over 4 years and hope to be many more. I have been a patient of Katerina’s for 3 years with Invisalign. My teeth are perfectly straight and shiny now! I am so grateful for all her hard work on my teeth. I think they are the best dentistry in Oxfordshire. Highly recommend!

My son saw Katerina to have his teeth aligned using Invisalign. He was concerned about the alignment of his teeth and to correct his bite. He found the aligners within a couple of days very easy to use and maintain, to the point he would forget they were in. Katerina is wonderful at her job, engaging well with children to give them confidence and engagement in managing their Invisalign plan. She is very warm and friendly, no question too big or small and the results of the treatment are amazing! The whole team at Bupa Summertown are friendly, very approachable and work seamlessly together. I can't recommend her highly enough, so much so we have recommended her to friends for their children's treatment.

Katerina did an amazing job with my deep overbite, she was always happy to address any concerns I may have had and made sure everything was as perfect as could be. I also had some bonding done by Ioannis to build up a couple of small teeth before getting my final retainers. Huge thank you to both of them and the team my smile looks better than I could have hoped for!

Following part of an upper molar breaking off, I needed two visits to Andrey.
The repair was non-trivial but I have complete confidence in Andrey and appreciate the way he and his assistants work.
I am very pleased with the outcome albeit that I am not accustomed to spending so much on my teeth!
It is important to me that I have a trusting relationship with my dentist.
