Bupa Dental Care Netherfield

Used to be a good practice when it was Oasis, now the staff are gruff and they just boot you off their records without saying, so when you need an emergency appointment they fob you off to somewhere else. And the NHS wonder why people turn up at A&E with problems that don't need to be seen by them.

Really pleased with my dentist. Unfortunately I don't know her name as (thankfully) I don't have cause to attend regularly but it is always the same lady and she is great. I particularly appreciate the fact that she will take a moment to briefly explain what things mean (eg. the numbers when checking your teeth) to make sure you understand whether there is cause for concern or not and you aren't sat there confused and worrying. Its been a professional, friendly and reassuring experience every visit.

Had an appt today for treatment with Bogdan and his dental nurse Rachel. I am quite a nervous patient but they absolutely set me at ease. Rachel, on me telling her that a trip to the dentist is like a holiday as I have a 3 month old at home, put on spa music to help me relax. I dare say thanks to her, I actually feel rejuvenated. Give that lady a payrise :)

Lovely and clean . Hygiene is scrupulous . Cannot recommend Mr Alsop enough he has such a calming and relaxed manner and particularly good with kids, it’s honestly impossible to feel stressed around him even when getting a tooth out, nothings ever an issue with this guy wish all dentists were like him !

I have been coming to the practice for years for myself and children. The place is always clean and the staff are always friendly and professional. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have always had a great experience personally with the surgery. A part of my molar broke away and I was told an appointment was available but not till the 6.12. However Whitney said to call back at 8am the next day which I did and I now have an emergency appointment within 24 hours. I know the surgery is busy but this is excellent that they were able to squeeze me in at such short notice.

Staff are rude and unhelpful. Was given a temporary filling that needed to be sorted out after Christmas, book a day off work to be told that I would need an injection and maybe not best as I'm pregnant, so have the temp filling drilled out, apparently an extra ten minutes allows this. I should have been told this initially on the first appointment. The temp filling has been done so poorly part of area isn't even covered. Everytime they are ride and useless. Receptionist needs some help in dealing with customers, whole thing seems to make you sit there for 20 minutes then last minute you get seen for 5 minutes but apparently have an half hour appointment.
