Bridgford Dental Practice

I attended the surgery for a cosmetic consultation, with a view to a smile makeover. I saw Michael and from the very start he put me at ease. I explained what my hopes were in terms of a better smile and he provided me with my options, explaining everything at the same time. I didn’t feel pressured (as I felt I had been at a previous consultation at a different clinic in West Bridgford) Michael was excellent and I left the appointment with all the information and pricings to make an informed decision. I will definitely be booking in for my initial treatment at this practice (if they can fit me in!!).

So I am probably the world worst Dental patient because I am very anxious where dentists are concerned!!. I was due for a descale which I dread because I have Fibromyalgia which can make descaling a challenge for me as my gums and teeth are hyper sensitive. Anyway the dentist was lovely, put me at ease ,answered all my questions and did nt get annoyed with me being anxious either. I think her name was Tara and the dental nurse was lovely too, so all in all a successful visit and sparkly teeth as well! Thanks very much for a very professional caring Appointment .

Very good practice. I haven't been before so don't know the dentists. (She had blonde hair) Really efficient, friendly and professional. Would recommend.

Excellent dental practice, I had treatment with Dr Ryder. He's extremely methodical, displays great empathy and even phoned me on several occasions after treatment to see how I'm doing - a very personable approach. All the nurses and reception team are friendly and make you feel welcome. I've made several visits this year and always been seen on time. I've also been seen by Dr Armstrong at very short notice when I phoned up one morning with pain. I was seen that very afternoon and left in a much better state feeling very reassured. I would wish to remain a patient for life with this practice. Thank you all.

I would normally give five stars, as the care has been very good. But my last check up was cancelled by the practice, with no follow-up communication. I enquire if it was possible to rebook, and this was confirmed, when restrictions eased, I did so, to be told I was no longer registered (or the current equivalent)!?

My mum has been with these for the last 45 years. They cancelled the last 2 appoints due to covid, and now they have taken her of their records, have no care do NHS patients.
Turned in to an appalling company

Professional set up, have been extremely patient with my mother who suffers from severe dental anxiety. Mr Ryder and his assistants in particular. Recommend to anyone even the slightest bit worried by dental trips.

I missed 2 appointments due to being unwell
My appointments went down as failed to attend even when I did call up for 1 of my appointment(s)to say I was unwell. I had spoke to a member of staff over 2 weeks ago and the receptionist said I had an appointment after taking my details, I rang up and was told I don't have an appointment and better yet I was taken off th NHS list because I failed to attend my appointment(s) back in September I was not told when I did cancel one of my appointment(s) that I will be off the NHS list, I thought that was unfair and miscommunication from the dental practice really upset with this whole experience.
