Went there for the 1st time receptionist very glum then actual dentist was abrupt but eventually quite pleasant manners cost nothing guys we are paying for this service your not doing us a favour 😊

Very good service, very friendly and professional, the young lady that pulled my teeth out was very strong

Fourth appointment cancelled. They say they’ve text to cancel the appointment but I never received a text. Shocking! Two years worth of appointments cancelled on the bounce.

Drove 30 miles from Devon for a first appointment. Stuck in traffic, so 5 mins late arriving at the car park, 7 minutes by the time I rang the front door bell. And guess what, the dentist refused to see me, despite the fact that she was still upstairs in the building! Sheer arrogance and a total lack of customer service. I will find a better dentist.
