Bupa Dental Care Sutton-in-Ashfield

Been a patient for many years and the service has always been excellent, the reception staff are friendly and welcoming, the waiting area clean and pleasant.
Miroslav is always polite and professional and the dental nurse was friendly and made an effort to make conversation, which made all the difference.
There is definitely a move away from NHS patients but what is the benefit to the patient of going private?

Great service. Staff always very friendly and professional. I usually speak to Kelly on reception who is absolutely lovely and really cares. My dentist Catriona is brilliant and so is the hygienist I usually see - the entire team is very thorough and very competent.

This practice is staffed with excellent people, who make you feel at ease and that your needs are important to them.
Everything is explained clearly including any treatment plan and costs, along with ways to improve your own dental hygiene routine at home.

I cannot fault this practice at all, the reception staff are lovely and nothing is ever too much trouble…they have been very accommodating when I’ve needed an emergency appointment.
