Beechwood dental arranged a same day appointment for me when i was in pain and have provided amazing care over the past few months, Dr Mihaescu made me feel very comfortable and provided pain free treatment, I am now feeling so much better. I went for a hygienist appointment today with Jodie, wow my teeth feel so sparkly and clean. I had the airflo system which feels much nicer than the usual hygiene experience…she was very thorough and reassured me throughout the whole process I will def be going back !

As a nervous patient I have always feared dental visits, however, since I found this practice I can confidently say this is no longer the case. I definitely recommend Beechwood especially for nervous patients. Fees are very reasonable which is a huge bonus for me as some local practices charge extortionate fees just for a checkup.

I was in this city during the winter vacation, but something undesirable happened to me while I was there , I broke a tooth. It's that type of situation when nobody want it to to live it on their skin. But thanks to the members of the clinic, they managed to help me with an emergency appointment, saving my vacation mood and also my tooth. Very professional, clean and kind. Also the atmosphere was very christmassy! Totally recommended.

Extremely friendly staff. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming. The Dentist is exceptionally good and makes you feel comfortable.

I have been using this place when it was under previous ownership. I was told he retired few months ago.

I noticed the standard of service has dropped under the new owners.

Toilet area wasn’t clean.

In general Not a friendly staffs or atmosphere at all.

I felt the way the Hygienist spoke to me was rude as well. I don’t go to a dentist so they can speak down to me.

I have asked & booked for the type of cleaning I wanted for my teeth. But the hygienist decided to change it to a basic.

No hangers for clothes.
They put a big plastic box on the floor for the clients to drop their coats & belongings in that box.

Very poor & basic standard for a private practice. I think they should reduce their charges to match the standard of service offered.
