Fantastic, would definitely recommend this practice. My experience with them has been that they are very reassuring, helpful and professional. Getting an appointment even at short notice is not a problem, and they always seem very happy to help and fit around our schedule. Other family members who have been nervous about dental work have also been put at ease after attending here, and the dental team here are really understanding.

I cannot recommend this dental surgery enough. The reception staff are absolutely lovely and so incredibly helpful. The dentist I saw exceeded my expectations in every way, she is warm, kind and professional (especially appreciated when you are a nervous patient like myself) and her aesthetic eye is sensational. I was apprehensive about having the bond on one of my front teeth replaced by a new dentist and she made it look 100 times better than it did before. I won't be going anywhere else now.

What a fabulous Practice ! from the minute I walked in I was welcomed by a lovely Lady at Reception - The Practice Manager was lovely, spoke to me, asked me how my day was going, did I find my way here ok etc. The place looks so plush! I felt really special there, even had a Goodie Bag. All Staff were so kind and really looked after me. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend to anyone wishing to join. Who would have thought a visit to the Dentist would've been so enjoyable! :)

I’ve had such bad experiences with dentists in the past, walked in here crying my first time… but I can honestly say I would never go anywhere else! Nia is fantastic, the hygienist (sorry forgot her name) is so lovely, bubbly and full of knowledgeable information she’s eager to tell you! They both talked me through everything so thoroughly. What I thought was going to be painful, turned out to be quick, easy and painless! In the past the same procedure wasn’t pleasant in different dentists. I’m so grateful for the team there! The receptionist lovely too! Highly recommend. Wish I came here years ago!

Brilliant service! I was really nervous going in to have my wisdom tooth removed but the reception girls were great and very friendly. They were really helpful at the practice or on the telephone and put my mind at ease. Pete Murray the dentist was a great guy and did his job really well and very professionally. He was calm and also put my mind at ease before the procedure. I literally left with the biggest smile on my face and they will say that they work fantastically well as a team. Would definitely recommend this place for nervous patients. Better experience than I thought it was going to be. Credit to you all!

I feel pretty lucky to have had to cross my path with this Clinic.
I have severe anxiety when it comes to dental treatment, and let's say the last time I sat for actual treatment on a dentist's chair was over 20 years ago. Since then, I have tried many times and ended up "running".
This changed when I got to know Bupa Dental Care Cardiff in Mermaid Quay. From day one, I felt comfortable speaking to Staff. From Andrea to Dr Murray, I can't thank them enough.
My first appointment was an assessment; I was nervous. But I felt supported and established a trust bond with Dr Murray.
After over 20 years, I was able to be in a dentist's chair and remove some nasty roots surgically, and while at it, I still managed to have a laugh or two :)
The procedure was fast, and I will not hide; I was a bit afraid, but it could not have gone better!
I can certainly say that I will still be a tad nervous about treatment but I will not be anxious as I was; the experience I had was a massive life-changing one, for the best. I could not be more grateful for having crossed paths with this Clinic, Dr Murray and Andrea.

Fantastic dentist, would definitely recommend. I was in a lot of pain and didn't have a regular dentist after moving area and they managed to get me an emergency appointment on the day I requested to help ease the pain. Since then I've had a couple fillings of which I was extremely anxious about but everyone working here are amazing at their jobs, calming and reassuring me at every opportunity. I will genuinely never go to anywhere else now I have found here. The fact they're open some Saturdays (unlike many other dentists) is also fantastic and so helpful when you have a busy week!

I had a very good experience here after battling with other dentists.

Nia was reassuring and had a very positive attitude - this made the whole experience extreamly pleasant during my RCT.

I will definitely return for future check-ups.
