Can not recommended the team at Bupa neath enough!
I had braces with Mark to get my teeth straightened up and ready for O'Neill to do dental implants.
I was terrified of the entire process however they are amazing! So welcoming and talked me through all the steps as we went along throughout Vicky the nurse (who knew I was terrified of anything teeth related) literally held my hand and helped me realize I had no need to be nervous.
My results are insane! I love my teeth so much now something I NEVER thought I would say best decision I have ever made!

I have recently had a wisdom tooth extraction, vicky the practice manager was very friendly, reassuring and professional.

And the service and price was excellent.

I was very impressed with them.

My first point of contact was with Katie, she was very empathetic and took the time to alleviate my stress. Katie went above and beyond to help me and booked me in for the earliest possible appointment. Knowing my eagerness to be seen, a few days later I was contacted and offered a cancellation. My experience face to face was just as good, reception staff friendly and helpful. The dentist and dental nurse were caring and put my mind at ease by talking me through a treatment plan. Very pleased with service I have received.

Nothing but praise for this practice. Owen puts me at ease and always takes his time with me. I’m a very nervous person when it comes to anything to do with my teeth, so having to have fillings made me a nervous wreck but Owen always made me feel at ease. Reception staff are always helpful and friendly.

Fantastic dentist, would recommend to every one. Relaxed atmosphere and looked after well while having treatment.

Had an emergency appointment and ended up with an extraction. I didn't catch the name of the dentist but after 10+ years of avoiding going, I feel so much more comfortable now.

Very happy with our visit today. Angelo was friendly and professional, explaining everything thoroughly and with care. Our appointments were all on time, no waiting for ages in a waiting room. The reception staff were friendly and helped with our query about the Smiles plan. Overall, we’re very happy to have moved to Bupa. Everyone we dealt with treated us with kindness and care. 5 stars.

I have had the best treatment going here with Tim he is a lovely young man and so down to earth yet very professional. He takes his time to talk to you and explains everything. I never feel scared going in he always puts me at ease. The girls on the Desk are polite and are also very professional and the place is lovely and clean. I'm glad I picked here to go Tim has to be the best Dentist I've ever seen
