had an appointment booked for Friday 28th July at the surgery,got a phone call asking where I was
I had mistakenly got times mixed up
Had traveled 200 miles to get home as work away
Was then informed by receptionist, who was lovely by the way,that the surgeon would no longer see me was quite astonished never missed an appointment my mother attended for over 40 years,!!his filling by the way dropped out!!!, it’s like I’ve forgotten my homework you can’t come to school tomorrow !!!poor !!!! Just the 1* for me just for the receptionist💙

I have just been here with my 10 year daughter. To see Chris lewis. As an emergency. We had an amazing friendly, kind and helpful experience. I can't thank the dentist and receptionist enough. Thank you so much for seeing my daughter. And treating her and referring her to park way. 10 out 10 .

Seems to be a common theme where they remove you as a NHS patient after claiming to send a reminder letter which was never received. Thoroughly rude receptionist who then had the cheek to try book me in for an £85 check up. I had been there years, but they seem to have no problem removing you unless you need regular treatment which = more money for them.

Very pleased with the welcome, care and total professional service given, especially as I was an emergency patient via NHS. Thank you for making such an upsetting tooth pain go.
