Very welcoming as you walk through the door. Receptionists are polite, cheerful and very helpful.
Mr Ashton and his dental nurse (usually Sue) are absolutely lovely. Whilst the usual need for a dentist is not always pleasant, I'm treated with care and compassion that can't be beaten. I'm made to feel at ease and John makes sure I'm aware of the treatment that's required to take place.

Reception staff were very polite, competent and very accommodating. I cannot speak too highly of the dental staff and hygienist, both kept me informed of what treatment was required and how it would this would be carried out. At all times I felt relaxed and reassured. Must highly recommend Lodge Dental practice for their manner, approach and professionalism.

From the staff at the front desk right through to the dentists and hygienists every member of staff is kind, caring and very professional. Following recent renovation work the waiting areas are light, bright and airy and the treatment rooms are equipped to the highest standards. I first started attending a dentist in this building in 1983 so was understandably concerned about all the changes but I needn’t have been as the atmosphere of friendly, caring professionalism continues.

The treatment I have received from Lodge Dental Practice is second to none.
Having nearly finished an extensive course of dental work including Implants. and Crown replacement I have to say that the professionalism and care provided from all members of the team has been fantastic.
I look forward to a long relationship with the practice. Absolutely first class. Thank you.

I chipped my front tooth this week. Called Lodge Dental who got me an emergency appointment with Rosie the next day.
Rosie assessed and very quickly resolved my problem and if I could give her and Lodge Dental a ten star rating I would.

Mike and Lauren have been absolutely amazing throughout my treatment!

My new smile has changed my life. I’ve gone from covering my mouth when I laugh, to showing off my amazing new set of teeth.

Mike made sure my teeth were for me and made special care to ensure they suited my face - I even cried after the reveal! Mikes talent and passion in what he does is absolutely evident in his work.

We have been attending this dental practice for over two years, during which time the dental advice and treatment, although very expensive, has always been first-class.
However, in relation to our customer experience, whilst we appreciate that everyone is wearing masks, apart from the initial cheerful greeting in the car park the atmosphere can be cold, impersonal and clinical. We do not always feel welcome, looked after or that anyone is interested in establishing an ongoing relationship with us as clients. Inter-action with the reception staff, although not in every case, has been similar.

When a dental practice becomes more like a gym with a monthly fee being levied before you can become a patient, warning bells go off for me. Having moved over from a private practice in the Cotswolds I had a good idea what dentistry should cost. I was taken aback at the prices quoted here, with this practice being at least 25% more expensive than other reputable practitioners in the general area. The receptionist also refused to book an appointment for a recommended dental treatment until I had seen their hygienist, despite my teeth being in excellent health and the other dental treatment being more urgent. Frankly this business feels like its main priority is making money not serving its patients. I have gone elsewhere...
