Very friendly staff all around. Dentist and nurse were great. Staff at the desk were very helpful with the documentation issues i had.
Practice is very nice, much more modern than my previous.
10/10 would recommend
Parking can be a pain, but its mumbles so that comes with the territory.
This is the best practice I have ever been to. The service, respect, professionalism and attention to patient care is second to none. I travel 1 1/2 hours each way to see Darrel, Beth and Gem as well as the fab reception service which is second to none. I don’t know of anyone who travels so far for their dentist but care and kindness and professionalism matter to me that much that there is no question I would go anywhere else. I suffer from anxiety and am not good with any treatment but the patience and kindness I’m always shown has helped me overcome phobias that we’re very distressing to me, so much so that I love going there now for dental work or a check up.
Note to the practice ...... hi guys thank you so much for everything you’ve done for me and boosting my confidence 100%. I love you all. Well done for how you continue to look after us through covid and give medical attention and keep everyone safe. Beth & Gem I miss you already. Stay safe. Hopefully I’ll need a filling next year 🥰🤣👍😍
After a couple of years of excellent care from Darril and the rest of the team,I had the unfortunate experience of having the large well built female in her early 30s designated to me.
Firstly she did not stop talking to her assistant about the music that was on in the background whilst operating on my teeth, then after the filling was finished and i informed her that there was "debris" on the adjoining tooth she just said it would wash off and was really annoyed i mentioned it,its still there 5 months later.
I knew then i should have de registered.
When i returned 3 months later to see how the filling was sitting i was informed this was the start of a new course of treatment , although i was only told to return to see how the filling was sitting, coincidentally she was slumped in the chair next to the receptionist and she started blatantly lying saying that we had agreed to have check ups ever 3 months instead of 6 months, nothing of the sort was ever mentioned and i would not have agreed to if it was,her arrogance and talking to me like you would not a dog was beyond belief and how shes in a position dealing with the public is laughable.
Not putting up with being lied to I immediately told the receptionist to de register me and walked out.
Understandable the business has to stick to their policies, and I'd understand if I just didn't turn up and not called, but that isn't the case. There was no " sorry nobody was here to take your call" or "Mumbles traffic can be terrible, let me check if we can squeeze you in as you have come all this way, but if there isn't, I'm sorry but we'll need to rearrange an appointment" from reception.
Just bad customer service, no understanding. Most probably too many patients needing dental care, strike this one off and onto the next one type of culture in the business.
Disappointing, as first experience very good.
