Edmonton contact centre should be praised for their efficiency, understanding, professional approach to family issues yet remaining totally committed to the interests safety and security of the children whilst enabling family members to see their loved ones in a neutral environment. The centre is fully kitted out and well maintained and very very clean. All staff are friendly, approachable and greet you with a smile. Some children love going there.

Violence contact staff are not helpful and don’t like you if you’re English, or they think you’re English as I’m not actually English poor communication not sympathetic to other peoples trauma
